2 oz Vodka
4 oz Ginger beer
1/2 oz Fresh lime juice (or squeeze half of a lime)

Add ice to a mug or glass, then the vodka, then the lime juice, then the ginger beer last and stir. Lastly, add a garnish to dress it up a bit.

3 Strawberries, hulled and quartered
¾ oz simple syrup
8 mint leaves
3 oz Bourbon
1 oz soda water
In a glass, combine strawberries, simple syrup and mint. Muddle with the back of a wooden spoon to puree the strawberries and release the oils from the mint leaves. Add crushed ice and bourbon, then stir.
Optional: Add extra strawberry on glass for garnish.
Georgia Peach Tea
