Located in the historic Leather’s building off Pulaski Street, Pulaski Heights specializes in barbecue and smoked meats. Ramsey’s slow-smoked pulled pork is sure to leave your guests more than satisfied. A personal favorite is their brisket, tender and juicy with a smoky crust. Their tender pulled chicken is also to die for and pairs perfectly with their house-made spicy vinegar sauce. They offer a smoked tofu option for vegan/vegetarian guests as well.

Their sides are just as incredible as their entrees. Customer favorites include their perfectly spiced smoked cauliflower, and cheesy, decadent squash casserole. They also offer classics like collards and mac n cheese. Looking for something a little more out of the box? Provide guests with their tangy vinegar-lime slaw or their Pulaski Heights kimchi: cabbage that has been immersed in vinegar and marinated in their special spice mix.

They offer hor d’oeuvres options as well. Enjoy their sharp and creamy pimento cheese with pleasantly tart pickled okra served on top of a simple saltine cracker or their deviled eggs and Carolina gold chicken salad finger sandwiches. They also offer an oyster service with all the fixings: cocktail sauce, hot sauce, horseradish, and fresh lemons, plus an oyster shucker on site.

Pulaski Heights offers three catering packages for your big day. First is the “Really Good,” which is $9 per person and includes one meat option and two sides. Next is the “Better” at $13 per person. This option includes two meats and three sides. Finally, there is the “Best,” priced at $16 per person and includes three meats and three sides.

Hor d’oeuvres and oysters are priced separately. Hor d’oeuvres are priced at $1 per person, and the oyster service is $150 per 100 count case.
