I agree with Randy’s opening sentence. I went in with one particular style in mind…even took in photos of the dresses I wanted to try from their online store and none of them felt right…even the dress that I thought I 100000% wanted…my maid of honour picked a dress of the rack for me to try that was the opposite of what I wanted and I absolutely fell in love with it, it was perfect and I ended up saying yes to that dress. 16/02/2024 is my wedding date so I can’t wait to wear it again for alterations and then my wedding day!
$10,000 for a wedding dress is insane to me. And I tend to agree with another commenter about youth and financial security, and if they will be truly right for each other. I so hope that they are both in it for the right reasons, your judgement can be clouded by young and pretty and no financial stress.
I had no idea Ashley/RHOP was on this show. Plus, outside of her mother, none of these women were on RHOP (understandably). The strapless dress, gorgeous and classy, unlike the sexy ones she tried on. I feel like because she didn’t have a good appointment, it was a sign of things to come. But that’s me.

I agree with the first bride! I want a halter line absolutely-and I’m already tall but my shoulders are great and it’s perfect for my body style. They even my figure out and by making your shoulders broader, halters always make the waist look smaller . I hate when consultants try N dissuade brides right out of the gate.
They lasted way longer than I would have expected. Age is ultimately what drove them apart IMO. Despite the age difference they had 2 sons so they will forever be tied together as a co-parent. While she was still figuring herself out, he had already been through that stage so it gave them nothing in common. BTW…the dress she picked was terrible!
Honestly, Ladies, if you have to try THIS hard to look sexy look on your wedding day when you should be thinking more about class and timelessness, you might want to reevaluate WHY you’re getting married. These brides who are obsessed with looking sexy on their wedding day are either re-enforcing their groom’s decisions to choose someone whose looks are more important than any other aspect of HER, OR, the bride is effectively feeding into their own insecurities about their looks like over-compensating. for them by focusing solely ON their looks (which will fade despite all the botox they inject), and then what are they left with but a life of loneliness and regret.
It’s almost to the point where the show should be called say yes to wearing lingerie as your wedding gown. So many shows have the brides wearing something that should be worn in the bedroom the night of the wedding instead of too the wedding. And it’s kind of the same thing for the scarlet dresses. I mean, what? I think those brides should buy something to wear for the actual ceremony and something else to wear at the reception, and maybe the dress they really want should be worn at the bachelorette party.
When i saw her fianceè the first thing that popped into my mind was “shes using you for money” i mean come on, her fianceè is oaying for her dress, there is no way he is a couple of years older than her hes probably 10+ years older than her, he suprised her for her birthday by a trip in a helicopter to a city?! That just screams “sugar daddy”.
Um. Relationship started with him while an intern at his company? Guess HR overlooked that one. She would be better off getting the $10k from him in cash, getting a much less expensive gown, and pocketing the rest of the cash on the downlow & make sure she has a nest egg for herself in case things don’t work out. Should do that every time he gives her money to go shopping. Save that cash. Sounds like the kind of relationship where a pre up might be involved. This may sound cynical, but the divorce rate is a little more than 50%. Love is grand, but you gotta have a backup plan.
