I definitely agree with what you said about language—this lady is using victimizing language to complain about dress codes, basically. I know the meme, I love the meme but I have a very strict list of whos allowed to call me a “gay rat” even in a joking way and the girlfriend of a guest IS NOT in that category. And if she’s so creative, she can easily find a way to show her style without insulting or diminishing the couple.
