  • The way that defense attorney tried to blame her for what he did is crazy. How can they argue that it was manslaughter when the man brought extra bullets in his pocket and reloaded his gun after he shot the first time. That was premeditated, HE WANTED HER DEAD!! So sad that she and her family had to go through that, expecially on her wedding day. May she rest in peace 🕊️❤

  • Her 20 year old son was also at the home as part of the wedding party when his mother was gunned down. I saw the footage of this several years ago. Its very disturbing. You hear the screams, the gun shots and people running for cover. I can’t imagine the trauma of her son, brother, groom and all the other family members that witnessed this crime on that day. She was so beautiful.

  • It is truly baffling how, after the huge effort of emigrating ie uprooting oneself from home, the cost of the trip, learning a new language, taking on humble jobs, working long hours on low pay, living in crowded sub-standard housing for years, painstakingly pulling oneself up by one’s bootstraps so to speak, to forget all those years and years of sacrifice and throw it all away over an EGO issue??????

  • I remember this so well, the story that he gave about her were all lies…he was the abuser and cheater, she put up for so many years with his lies that she finally got the courage to leave him and rebuilt her life..he just didn’t like the idea that she moved on and she was happy and about to get married ..this is a case of ” if I can’t have you nobody will “, can’t believe it’s been 22 yrs already …it happened few minutes away from where I used to live…We were all in shock. I’m not so sure but I believe she was buried in her wedding gown.

  • This is going to be good! I know both cases already, but I’m going to watch it again just so I can hear my main man Nigel’s eerie/scary/beautiful voice🥶 EDIT Garcia is one POS lier, he knew she had a boyfriend and knew she was getting married that day. The grocery store incident he was following her and went up to her to hug her an attempt to get her back. He went to her house to simply murder her. Now he’s rotting in prison for life where he belongs. 🙄

  • I started 2nd grade my mom giving birth to my brother when this happened . My condolences goes out to The Ricart family 🇩🇴🙏 🌹 Mr. Augustine should never walk a free man He took Gladys life, He destroyed her family He was controlling towards Gladys my 💔 broken for the family. I can imagine the pain I can imagine the family is going thru. Rest easy Gladys 🇩🇴🇺🇸 God bless you Queen. God bless you all as well for those lost an love from an toxic relationship my prayers with you all, I stand with you, I pray God helps you all move to the positive path 🙏🙏🙏 🌹 🌹

  • As someone who else ants to be a criminologist sounds to me like he planned it all and stalked her to the point where it made it seem in public like if he was with her because they where together but in real life it wasn’t like it, it looked like that tho. And he was very much obsessed with her which led him to make such an absurd act

  • What I understand of this case is that both the victim and the murderer seemed to have attachment in a toxic relationship. They kept seeing each other every time there was a possible reconciliation. García evidently was more manipulative and even though he was a womanizer, his selfish ego couldn’t resist seeing her move on with her life. Typical narcissist characteristics! He’s entitled but she’s not.

  • The fact he still couldn’t be man enough is to let her go even after death is just plain evil he never loved her and clearly was mad she was smart enough to leave and get away he knew she want coming back and that one clip looks as if he’s forcing himself on her not a women happy to see her ex how dare his wack ass attorneys 😢😢😢
