What I will say, Aven has historically used this same excuse… He used it almost word for word with Rachel. At some point, while on the surface what he is saying is logical, his actions need to start matching. If you know you feel this strongly about proposing with only a short period of time to get to know someone, then STOP going on TV dating shows where that is the premise. Also, we see the difference, Rachael chose herself and while she may have regretted it in the beginning, her decision aged well. Whereas, Kylee abandoned herself for the type of relationship Aven wanted and he ends up cheating on her and their relationship didn’t even last long enough for the season to wrap. Long story less long, Aven saved her more heartbreak by NOT proposing to her but eitherway, the lesson is, don’t ignore your gut, intuition is a gift women have for a reason. Use it, it will safeguard you.
