Nothing Bundt Cakes is a bakery chain that offers a variety of Bundt cakes with various flavors and toppings. Their cakes contain wheat, milk, eggs, soy, and may contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame. They do not use peanuts in any of their recipes or in their facilities.
Nothing Bundt Cakes has strict protocols to prevent cross-contamination in their bakery. On September 1, each of the nearly 450 locations will give away a free Confetti Bundtlet to the first 250 guests. The closest vegan option is their Carrot Cake and Seasonal Pumpkin Spice Cake, which are dairy-free when requested with no icing.
Nothing Bundt Cakes also offers gluten-free options, such as their Gluten-Free Lemon Raspberry cake, which is a zesty lemon-tinged raspberry cake topped with raspberry puree and its signature cream cheese frosting. The company’s founders, Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz, founded Nothing Bundt Cakes in 1997 to create delicious cakes for friends.
Some of the flavors offered by Nothing Bundt Cakes contain products such as peanuts or tree nuts that are consistently present in their bakeries. Some of the ingredients are manufactured in plants that process nuts. They do their best to control cross-contamination but cannot guarantee that it does not happen.
Cakes may contain traces of other tree nuts and peanuts. Gluten-free flavors are available at participating bakeries. However, the cake does come with a sticker that designates it as a gluten-free cake, but it is not baked in a gluten-free facility.

📹 NOTHING BUNDT CAKE COPYCAT RECIPE! White Chocolate Raspberry
If you ever wondered how Nothing Bundt Cake makes the best cake, here’s how! This recipe tastes just like it if not better.
I just made this for the 4th of July, and it was a HIT. Everyone at the party loved it, they swore I bought it from the store. I couldn’t stop getting compliments all night. The only thing I changed was I made a purée of the raspberries with sugar, lemon, and water, then strained that to remove the seeds. It was SO SO moist and delicious. The frosting was to die for.
I have been making your recipe now on every occasion . After moving to Australia we don’t crave for Nothing Bundt anymore, huge thanks to you ! The only thing I am struggling is the frosting . Do you have a suggestion how can I make it little harder to I can wrap it in the cling film like Nothing Bundt cake does without sticking it to the plastic 🙂
