Can You Export Addresses From Minted?

The Minted Address Assistant allows users to build and store their personal address book within their Minted account. There are currently two ways to implement this tool and export your address book from minted.com: fully-automated scripts to print contacts, and exporting data in the form of Excel tables or XLSX files. To print contacts from your Address Assistant, visit your Address Assistant at minted.com/addressbook/my-account/finalize/0.

To export your guest list and addresses, go to your Guest List and click the icon underneath the Upload Spreadsheet button. You can choose which format you want to export your file as. To export your RSVPs, go to your Track RSVPs page and click Export RSVPs in the Contacts menu.

To download your Address Book from Shutterfly, go to your account and click the link at the top of the page where is says “Hi” and your first name. Click the Address Book and select the CSV File option. Go to your Minted Websites Dashboard at oursite.minted.com and choose your Wedding Website. From the top menu bar, select the Guests tab. Click Add Guests. Select Upload A Spreadsheet. Choose the file you wish to upload, then select Open. Choose whether you wish to merge the spreadsheet with existing contacts in your address book, or Replace.

Minted Address Assistant does not support exporting data in a form that is usable in another program. However, there are fully-automated scripts to export data as CSV and XLSX files using Python and Selenium Webdriver. To export your existing contacts in Mail Mint, go to the Contacts module and click on “Export”.

If that feature was added, Minted would be the best Christmas card maker and organizer! Thanks. I downloaded this app to upload my iPhone contacts. The user experience here is poor. You can’t import a specific list from your phone. You have to import all contacts. If it notices the same name twice, it selects both. Later, it shows you your duplicates, which the app made automatically. You can only ignore, merge, or skip them. The question is, “Which address and household name would you like to keep?” You can’t just pick one.

What is the best way to get addresses for a wedding?
