Does Beauty Matter In Marriage?

Research shows that men tend to rate physical attractiveness as more critical in a potential mate than women do, on average. However, the concept of beauty is vague and relies on different factors, such as culture or individuals. Experimental dating research shows that physical attractiveness is equally important to men and women. Attractiveness tends to be a more important factor in relationships than traits like personality, education, and intelligence.

Marriage is a personal decision, and some prefer partners who are very good looking, while others don’t. Research shows that looks matter most in the first seven years of a relationship and become less important over time. Both men and women have different preferences for their partners, and as the relationship evolves, the hope is that both will grow.

Attractiveness can lead to happiness due to its inherent advantages in various aspects of life, such as work and marriage. Married couples who have sex regularly live longer, have better heart health, enjoy a deeper connection, and can let go of annoyances easier. In India, marriages are fixed in such a way that the groom is always a few to many years older than the bride, which has been an age-old practice or custom.

In conclusion, beauty is not the only factor that matters in a relationship, but it does play a role in many people’s lives. A level of attraction is necessary for most people in romantic relationships, except for those who identify as asexual. If a person should be beautiful from within, physical beauty will not be a barrier to their eyes and thoughts.

Do guys go for looks or personality?

Guys care more about looks and body type, but that’s not always the case. Men’s priorities change as they get older, but even in their 60s, they care about physical attractiveness twice as much as women do.

What women want is interesting: Women start caring more about a guy’s looks between 50 and 60. His personality matters less.

Do attractive people have better marriages?

In the second study, Ma-Kellams and her team looked at how physical attractiveness affects marriage and divorce. This time, they used celebrities as their subjects (acknowledging that yearbook photos could be a factor in their study) and included men and women. The researchers collected information about celebrities’ relationships from websites like The-Numbers.com and imdb.com. This included the number and length of marriages, the number of divorces, and the identities of spouses. As in the first study, the celebrities were rated for attractiveness and matched to marriage and divorce outcomes. The results were surprising. The more attractive the celebrity, the shorter the marriage. Attractiveness also predicted the probability of divorce. The third study looked at how physical attractiveness affects a common relationship strategy called the derogation of attractive alternatives. This is when people in relationships devalue other potential partners, which can harm the relationship. Studies show that when people in relationships think romantic thoughts about their partners, they pay less attention to attractive alternative mates, which helps relationships last. But do beautiful people do this as much? To see if attractive people devalue attractive alternatives, researchers had participants in romantic relationships rate photos of attractive people. But here’s the twist: Two research assistants rated the attractiveness of the participants during the experiment. Later, the investigators looked at the numbers and found that attractive people in exclusive relationships thought less of attractive people of the opposite sex. The fourth study looked at how participants’ perceptions of their own physical attractiveness affected their views of attractive others and their relationships. Here’s how the researchers did the study: Past research has shown that looking at attractive people makes people feel less attractive, and looking at unattractive people makes people feel more attractive. They had participants look at images of attractive or unattractive same-sex people. The images were from Google searches for “attractive female,” “unattractive female,” “attractive male,” and “unattractive male.” They showed both faces and bodies. Participants also said how happy they were with their current partner. The researchers found that people were more likely to break up with their partner if they found them physically attractive. Physical attractiveness also made people more likely to look for alternatives to their relationship. This was because they were less satisfied with their current relationship. Those who felt attractive were more interested in romantic alternatives outside of their relationship. Those made to feel unattractive did not show interest in alternatives outside of their relationship.

Should I marry for looks or personality?

But in reality, character is more important when choosing a soulmate. Beauty fades, but kindness, empathy, honesty, and integrity last. These qualities make a strong, lasting relationship. When you prioritize character, you have more potential partners. Instead of limiting yourself to those who look a certain way, focus on finding someone who shares your values, beliefs, and interests. This helps you connect more deeply and respect and admire each other. Of course, you want to feel a spark when you meet someone new. But looks don’t make a relationship. When you focus on character, you find someone who is truly compatible with you, with whom you can build a meaningful and fulfilling life.

Are men with beautiful wives happier?

Your decision-making style affects your satisfaction with your partner, according to a 3-year study of newlyweds. Researchers from Florida State University found that men who seek to make the best choice and have attractive wives are more satisfied at the start of their marriages than men who have less attractive wives. Women who have high-status husbands are less satisfied over time than women who have low-status husbands.

The research is in the Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin.

Does love depend on beauty?

You could meet someone who has the qualities of a great partner but lacks something you desire. However, a relationship based on physical appearances will end as soon as the looks diminish. Having a fixed mindset is very dangerous because you may lose opportunities to be loved by the correct person while chasing looks that will one day fall away. We all have different preferences and deal-breakers when it comes to attraction. But life doesn’t always go as we expect. You could meet someone who has the qualities of a great partner but lacks something you desire, like their physical appearance.

  • I feel like men are brought onto this show only so they can be ridiculed. You have to give someone a chance to speak before you boo them! I totally agree with him. Looks do matter but he didn’t say it was the be all and end all of a relationship- these women aren’t really listening to what he’s saying!!

  • I agree with the guy. What he’s saying is true, I think it just isn’t being received well because no one likes HIS personality. And what that older lady said about her husband not being good looking anymore, and thank God he has a good personality….OMG, everyone was laughing, but if a man said that about a woman, they would have booed him out of the building!

  • I’m a woman and I totally agree with the man. Humans are shallow creatures, maybe men are a bit more sometimes, but either way, looks are what first attract you to a person on some level. Every woman in that audience was either lying to themselves or just everyone else. And to Bethenny talking about this man with all of this confidence coming up to a woman and catching her attention- what made that “confident” man want to go talk to that woman?? Her looks.

  • That guy IS ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!!!!!!! Lol I’m a woman but at first ESPECIALLY MEN have to be attracted. They are physically beings much more so than us. It just is!!!!! Women need to get a clue. It is so funny we want to know how men think, then once we hear it we’re like NOOO!!!! Yeah right! Get outta here lol

  • Every one is sooo politically correct all the time. But the dude is right. All those women trying to be ‘better’ than ‘normal people’…. Please, I hate people that lie to themselves. It’s like those questions; would you lie to the police- or give your life for a friend? NO YOU WOULD NOT!!! But everybody all acting high and mighty….. Haha

  • I HATE to admit it as a woman, but Steve is right….I mean, look at Nicole…she was married to a comedian, so OF COURSE she would say personality (not like Eddy is bad looking), and Nicole has a beautiful personality & everything, but notice that Eddy & her now fiancé are marrying Nicole, and GORGEOUS ass woman WITH personality, not an ugly woman w/ a personality. All in all, BOTH are right….you need BOTH #JustSayin

  • I always have this argument with my female friends! Because I don’t think you look at a person that is unattractive and think “omg he is so ugly!!! But I bet he has a great personality! ” that’s bullshit!!! If a person is ugly you will judge them by their looks before you judge them by their personality.

  • The dude was right!! He was talking about what INITIALLY attracts a person to someone. If you’ve never heard that someone speak, then how can you feel their energy or know about their personality? It IS the looks that initially attracts people. If a not so attractive person is starring at you from across the room, most women are like “Ew”, but if a nice looking man stares, they most likely smile back.

  • I totally and unashamedly agree, looks are important, not the end all be all but definitely a factor. Some people’s personality just isn’t enough for them to escape the ‘friend zone’. It doesn’t mean your superficial or haven’t dated someone you deemed ‘not good looking’, but at least be honest. Attraction is a personal opinion of what characteristics you find appealing.

  • I agree with the guy. No one is going to be with someone they don’t find attractive. Sure they may not be “attractive” to other people, as long as they are attractive to you, with whatever makes them attractive, their personality, smarts, or whatever. You just can’t be with someone who you aren’t attracted to. Idc.

  • I do think that personality is so important and becomes a lot more important down the line but the first time you meet someone, you are more than likely going to approach them because you are physically attracted to them. I’ve always said that looks is what draws you in but personality is what keeps you. You can meet the hottest guy but then that attractiveness goes way down when he speaks because he is a douche. The opposite can also happen. You may not be physically attracted to someone at first but once you get to know them and find out their personality they can start to be good looking in your eyes. It’s happened to me where I began to see someone in a different light after I got to know him and know his personality in both of the situations I just described. It is like someone commented below, in a relationship you need both. You need the physical attractiveness in order to have the physical connection a relationship needs but you also need to be in love with their personality for the emotional connection that a relationship also needs

  • I think people understand the word “matter” differently. Yes, you do approach people you find physically attracted, but you’re not going to get interested in them and keep talking to them if they don’t have the personality. A guy with good looks with no personality isn’t going to make you stay, but a guy with a good personality and just okay looks is a keeper. So in that sense looks are not the thing that matters, even if they play a part in the beginning of the process of getting to know other people.

  • I dated a guy who I was not physically attracted to at all, but I really liked his personality and at the time I was desperate for love. It wasn’t worth it…I felt that eventually I’d get attracted to him and would enjoy being intimate with him, but I never did. So I broke up with him 🤷🏻‍♀️ don’t let anyone guilt trip you into getting in a relationship with someone who you don’t find attractive just because they are nice to you. You NEVER own someone a date. Ever

  • Here’s the thing with personality approach is that it will work when people are already familiar with each other. It could be a coworker or friend who you see daily. People that have an established platonic relationship in which personality is the driving force of daily interactions. On the other hand, physical attraction plays a key part when someone is cruising around. Your looking for someone to get your attention. Overall, a relationship based on personality or emphasizes on it usually involve people that already get along despite looks. For most, physical attraction occurs when people are looking for their “fish” you have to pick one that stands out to YOU.

  • I don’t think it’s shallow to say that you’re attracted to somebody’s good looks. That’s just human nature and we’re always going to be attracted to people whose appearance appeals to us…no need to pretend like good looks don’t matter. It’s only shallow if you judge somebody and treat them based on how they look with no regards to who they actually are.

  • Looks do matter! Do not choose your true love based only on their good personality. Because, if you do, you will cheat on them with someone who is easy on the eyes! So therefore, looks are just as important as personality! –You will not fully, completely be in love with someone if you chose them solely for their great personality!

  • Pretty Privilege is real. That is NOT to say that looks are everything or that everything can be discarded for looks, but as a matter of fact, looks DO matter…and today in the Instagram era where everybody is trying to look beautiful, looks matter more than any time before. Let’s face it, the first thing we see about people is their faces, and it’s the easiest thing to evaluate. We treat good-looking people better, and we think they’re funnier, smarter, kinder, etc. The prettier you’re, the higher your chances of getting hired, promoted, paid higher, etc.

  • These women are only hearing what they want to hear. They are on the defense and not understanding what he is saying. He’s not saying a woman has to be the best looming or a beauty queen, and he is not saying looks are more important than personality. He is saying men approach women they find physically attractive then get to know the personality. If the woman is beautiful on the outside with a bad personality, then her looks don’t matter at that point and he is not interested. I have had men approach me who weren’t all that good looking but their personality made me see them differently and I was attracted to him physically. It is natural to want to be with someone you find physically attracted to. My ex husband chased me for months but I wasn’t physically attracted to him. He wasn’t ugly but his looks didn’t win me over. The more I got to know him the cuter he became. I’ve also met men I’ve been really physically attracted to but their personality made me unnatracted to them.

  • I am a woman and the guy is right. If a man approaches you or you find someone attractive before you even speak to them it’s because he or you SAW something that was attractive. You cannot know someone’s personality off the bat. Ladies; has any man ever walked up to you as a first time seeing you and say ” hey baby I like your personality”. NO! He refers to something he saw..maybe your eyes as they’re usually the safest bet or your overall attractiveness….and let’s not get it twisted…women like to be complemented on how they look….double standards….

  • one thing i’ve figured out now that i’m “middle aged” is..duuuude, women are sooo insecure. So much so that we lie to ourselves and each other. I mean you don’t have to be a model..not at all. it IS possible for either gender to EVENTUALLY fall for the personality but..presentation comes 1st. An average (lets say true curvy like 15-30 lbs over an “IDEAL” cameron diaz BMI) woman who dresses stylish (not outlandish or trashy), with self confidence and a kind spirit, a sense of humor and positive outlook…will win the dating game 99.9% of the time. Like any guy she wants type of win. Ladies..there’s no need to make everything so difficult. be you. love you. take care of you and don’t be so self absorbed and accusatory. …………just my 2 cents.

  • Physical attraction is a make or break for us men.. no questions asked. Women can build an attraction to a man based on his actions/personality/treatment of her.. Steve was basing all interaction between men/women on a bar set-up, but most women have met their husbands through friends, at their job, school, church, etc.. These environments give you time to make up your mind about how they feel about him. Also, I hate how no one ever comes to an agreement on anything on this show! It’s like Congress, sheesh lol

  • I agree with the dude as a teenager in high school it definitely matters for BOTH genders. Guys and girls do care about how attractive someone is, its such an important factor it gives you such an advantage, you sre more likely to get a better love life, get a strong circle of friends and to be respected, unfortunately people are not born with attractive amazing genes, life is depressing being an ugly person :(((

  • A man who’s rocking the beautiful chick was initially attracted to her physically. The rest fell into place. The man rocking the average or ugly woman, got her out of friendship & fell for the personality. But he wouldn’t have approached her in a bar. Or….there weren’t many options. Women have more, better options. Also the misconception that us hot women don’t have good personalities or brains is ridiculous. A 10 can have the full package. Let men like what they like. Stop forcing everyone to think you’re hot when you’re not. Don’t redefine what is out of political correctness 😉✌🏼🙌🏼 P.S.- hot women actually are far from insecure. Sick of that excuse. Their lives are funner and they see all the attention. We also understand the shit talk (sluts, “eat a burger”, and so on). Our personalities are bigger hence all the attention we receive. Showing skin is actually confidence. Other women just misinterpret it. It takes balls to show so much. Insecurity hides or is loud- there’s no inbetween. #Facts

  • Remember we are talking about two different sex here most women are attracted to a man personally, sense of humor and financial status those things attract a woman more than a man looks as a matter of fact most women don’t care about looks as long as he has at least one of the qualities mentioned above. For men it’s different a woman personally can attract a man as Bethenny said you might in a room a meeting or seminar and a woman display some characteristics that impresses you but as a man the physical has to match our taste.

  • omg i kinda agree with the man… and it sucks XD haha… because it shouldn’t be like that, but it is! most of the time, it is. first, beauty is different for everyone. so at least theres that. but… when the man said “who in this room has a great personnality?” and the woman said “i dont know”. and the man replied “exactly!” i was like, damn thats right. It sure depends on the situation… but for love, i mean, when i first met my boyfriend, i thought he was cute and he thought i was cute. so we talked and it happened to click right away. Both “beauty” and “personnality” are involve. but if i wouldnt have been attracted to him at first, not that i woulndt have talk to him, but my approach would not have been the same at all!! i would approach him, i dont know, like a friend, or someone that i maybe wont ever see again. u know. Maybe we wouldnt have date at all. because come on, u gotta can imagine urself kissing the guy, or the girl. I mean, if the guy is ugly or whatever, i wouldnt want to kiss him. so, my point is that, at first, the looks clearly matter. but the charisma then take over.

  • There’s still a certain threshold of attractiveness that someone needs to meet for their personality to be enough. I think both their ideas on what is attractive are different. The woman’s standards for what is attractive are probably higher which is why she is saying it doesn’t matter as much because people don’t need to be a 10/10 to be wanted

  • I think looks matter when you first approach someone cause we are built to survive (what we ind good-looking is usually a sign of good health like clear skin and body size but also looks for kids in the next generation). Probably happens no matter your orientation, a lesbian would probably answer the same as him. But if you fall in love with a friend you might see yourself falling in love with this person because you get along so well and you trust them now. Then maybe looks are less important.

  • I feel like both are important but Personality and the way a person carries themself and treats you is definitely more important. The guy I was seeing when we first meant and I looked at him up close and in person, I didn’t “Picture myself making out with him”, I couldn’t even visualize that Until I fell for his personality and ways first. I think maybe because he (The guy on stage) is a man and by nature, men are more visual than women that’s why he has that perspective. But I agree with the woman in the audience, if looks were most important than there would be zero couples that make it to there 30th, 40th, 50th, and beyond anniversary because looks WILL FADE with time, and when they do you must still have something the person that you are with likes. Therefore the perception that looks are most important is incorrect in my opinion.

  • why is it okay to say that if you don’t have a great personality you’re not that attractive, but it’s wrong to say that if you’re ugly you’re not that attractive? you can actually change the way you look by taking care of your body, but what about people who have no confidence, people who suffer from personality disorders, anxiety or depression, why is it okay to say that they are unattractive?

  • and yet girls fall all over ryan gosling/other hot guys/celebrities who they don’t personally know .Sometimes i hate the hypocrisy of our sex. if i am being honest then yes looks do matter to me but they arent everything. what the guy meant before those women attacked him is that looks are the door to a relationship they are, most often, what draws you in, and then personality keeps you. i find that this is true with strangers. so my type in a guy is usually a brunette not a blonde so im more likely to be attracted to him. but if i meet a blonde guy and get to know him and like his personality then the colour of his hair isnt really gonna matter. i just hate when we pretend like looks dont matter and we only care about personality. the majority of the women i know including myself do care about appearance but for some reason we play it down.

  • Looks do not mean everything, when it comes to taking care of one’s self. Someone may not have the best genetic looks, but takes care of them self on the outside and inside in a balanced way, and can have way greater appeal than just basic genetic good looks, as they can still be extremely toxic/draining/drama/unsafe to be around, and that is ugly, feels ugly, and life with them is exhausting and chaotic vs stable and fulfilling.

  • The BIG part people miss is the word “love.” Looks can get my attention or draw me to someone, but that in no way means I love them. I don’t think anyone in his or her right mature mind will say they love a person due to their looks. I may love an ugly or average person because he stayed with me while I was in the hospital or always remembers my birthday. Looks don’t mean you care about me.

  • All I learned from this is the physically impaired and damaged are doomed for life. They will always have a hard time finding a husband/wife. Not just husband and wife. It is shown that unattractive people also have a hard time making and keeping friends too. People only want and make friends for how they look.

  • I think its unfair that I am called shallow just coz I care about looks but attraction to looks is an important factor when I’m in love how am I supposed to feel love with someone I’m not attracted to??? Its not the most important thing tho.. I know personality is important too but don’t be with someone you aren’t attracted to it just hurts both your feelings

  • Aging…thats why u get with someone your own age…so you both age together..i have been shocked with some womens choice in their men…but those men have something to make up for right away…the better looking person always has more power in a relationship. I think thats exactly why some choose unattractive mates…the competition is low and they always have something to make up for. That said…u can be great looking and still struggle but u have the key to getting a shot at someone. Looks matter. Its not a bad thing. There are all kinds of people out there. Stay in your lane or expect heart ache

  • BEAUTY IS NOT ABOUT LOOKS!!! Honestly however if your immature then problem is with your brain. If your looking for a meaningful relationship then beauty is also a criteria but not the only criteria. Like if I find a boy with good work ethics, good personality, strong morals, spiritual, mature and understanding then I’ll groomnap him😅

  • I can feel misplaced confidence as well! There is a big difference between “confident” and Fat and “obnoxious” and fat. And the difference is usually found in self awareness NOT social pressure. The fact is I’m NOT “fatphobic” in reality Fat women are very likely the last people I’m afraid of (which is what phobic means). I’m very happy to speak for only myself and say i;’m disgusted by fat women NOT afraid of them in any way. folks need to learn to use the suffix “phobic” correctly and have the guts to just simply say what they mean.

  • I agree with him but at the same time I disagree. One of the guys I dated, I’m sorry to say, was not cute at all. It was his personality that drew me to him because I was friends with him first. I didn’t see him as anything more than a friend until I got to know his PERSONALITY. On the other hand, I’ve also had crushes on people just for their looks or talked to someone just because I was attracted to them in some way.

  • These women just don’t get it. He isn’t defining a beauty standard, he is not saying that women are only worth their looks, he is not saying that women need to look a certain way, and he is not saying that all men have the same standard of attractiveness, he is not saying that men are shallow and only care about looks. What he IS saying, is that looks attract. I don’t go up to a man that I’m not attracted to, and wonder what his personality is like. And I’m guessing that most of these women don’t either! Every other species on this planet mates with those that they find attractive.

  • Wtf why is this even a debate of course physical attraction aka LOOKS matter granted everyone has different standards on what they find attractive some people might not be as picky as others but still there is some physical attraction to a significant other because if there wasn’t and you were just attracted to this person because of there amazing personality then what separates a romantic relationship from just a friendship.I personally have a best guy friend who has a great personality we get along great but physically we just don’t do it for each other and that’s what makes us great friends

  • What all those women said was a Load of Shit, how the Hell are you not going base someone on Looks. Of course personality matters but Looks or Lack their of is what is going to draw you to that Person or Not, That guy is clearly trying to Educate these Diluted women and they are All ganging up on him. Most women judge on Looks, even more harshly then men so for them to say that is Such hypocrisy. Women even judge other women.

  • So what guys expect girls to get plastic surgery for them just to be pretty enough for them ?They need to realise that looks is not something that one can control and so what do you expect people who are unattractive to do,change their appearance through plastic surgery just for you so that they can qualify to be your significant other ? So you mean only if one look attractive then one can qualify for the first stage of the relationship ?? WHY CANT ANYONE UNDERSTAND THAT HOW ONE LOOKS CANNOT BE CONTROLLED AND IS PURELY BASED ON THE GENETIC LOTTERY

  • Looks of a guy, are on the lowest factor level for me in a choice. Looks say nothing about how they will treat you, if they are safe, if they are honest, if they have traits to be a good team and build up a great life together. The most attractive things about a guy is his past and how he handled it, his daily choices, his purpose for life, if he acts on it, if he is kind, safe, not pressuring, laid back, cares about the world and tries to find solutions, will stand by me, and is not one to easy sleep around, yet not jealous, possessive, controlling or creepy. I know so many gals that went for looks and money, and were miserable, or even in dangerous situations, or used. And vice versa, with males that just went for looks and money in gals. Looks and money have no depth, and mean nothing, when daily life is miserable or creepy. You can be in a mansion, and still be in a jail (metaphorically). A soul connection, with one that has a soul purpose they are aware of, and is discerning and knows himself well enough, so he can discern what type of female, vs just go for the looks, is what is attractive to me. Looks die fast, all get old. How you feel around someone, and if you feel empower, protected, encouraged to grow, and it is consistent, is what is attractive, and I do not say this to be politically correct. Depth, good character, soul, consistency, care about the world, compassionate, and the type of intelligence that is constructive/creative, emotionally balanced, confronts and resolves issues well are just the first level of what I look for in a male.

  • When I see normal healthy weight women and overweight women holding hands with a man, it’s rare that he’s obese. It’s not rare for me to see a thin women with overweight man it doesn’t happen often, but it’s defently not rare! When I see overweight women holding hands with a man, he’s usually overweight and sometimes normal healthy weight. Moral of the story is women and men that are obese usually end up marrying someone from the opposite sex that’s either very overweight or obese themselves. I see couples together holding hands all the time and their usually not holding hands with someone that has a huge weight difference from them, usually their isn’t much of a weight difference between them. So a women that tells me I’m wrong about obese men usually marrying an very overweight or obese women is pouring bucket of water over me and telling me it’s raining! Giving me rare examples how I’m wrong all your doing is proving to me not all women are the same. I’m not speaking for all women, I’m speaking for the majority of women.

  • The guy is dropping f bombs of truth, love him. You SJWs stop pretending that everyone is beautiful and shit. No, this is a harsh world, looks do matter, atleast when it comes to first impression. The person might be a dick but if he / she looks good, they’ll get the first preference. People with good personality and who are kind will last longer in relationship but it takes a lot of time, it’s hard for the average looking person to find a partner

  • I completely disagree with him when I meant my husband it was his personality that attracted me because I didn’t even think he was that good looking until I got to him then he became a lot more good looking to me! Meeting someone with great personality is more intriguing and will keep the relationship going longer then a relationship just based off of looks!

  • When I first met my boyfriend I didn’t think he was attractive at all. After years of knowing him I was finally hit with how attractive he really is because I got to know him as a friend. He is now the longest bf I’ve ever had and I’m totally in love. It wasn’t looks that brought me to him it was personality.

  • And what about someone who looks hot but may be the most boring person in the world? I used to work with a woman who was very beautiful. She had gorgeous hair (I loved when she wore her “Friday” hairdo because it always looked great), a pretty face, and a nice body. But she was way to quiet, I don’t remember if she was ever funny, I don’t remember if she told me that she has any hobbies……………. How are you supposed to want to even date someone if you know that the date itself is going to be less than stellar because the 2 of you can’t figure out ways to keep “the date” exciting? What if one of you wants to go to this place and the other person just sits there while you’re there? What if you want to go someplace that the other person doesn’t want to go to at all?

  • When it comes to personality most women should keep quiet, most of you lack the charisma and charm to even approach a man and when they do its so bad and so awkward its cringe worthy and really pathetic. I see all these shy wallflower girls demanding guys with huge personalities and confidence while they literally have none. Its almost as if you have to have enough personality for the both of you. Most of you are also not very funny compared to guys, so what do women have to rely on ……….LOOKS the thing that fades . so sad. thats why they spend so much time infront of the mirror and use so many millions of dollars on these beauty products because thats all they got..
