Good luck getting custody, i knew a man in a similar situation trying to get custody of a child he raised but wasn’t biologically his, at first the judge straight up told him he wasn’t the biological dad so the mom would get custody, he eventually got custody, but that was only because the mom was a proven unfit parent
What I don’t rly understand is why the father fought so hard for custody of a child that wasn’t even his, when that custody itself was making his life hard. Wife is bad for cheating, but denying her time with her son in her final months/days, just because of cheating, is horrible. They’re using the child to punish the s/o.
