While my initial reaction to her reaction was that she was being a dramatic cow, she did mention that she’s afraid he’ll do more tackiness at the wedding so maybe that was already something he’s done in the past. I can fully understand her dismay at realizing she agreed to marry a man who took +6 hours to turn her into an albino Christmas tree. Put a star on top of her head, ball ornament earrings and she’d be all set to become a window display. And no, turning the stupid lights off wouldn’t make the idea less stupid. I think I get her. She was not rude in the least and her hating the dress has nothing to do with the dress but just much more. Wow, did anyone else notice the reaction of the shop owner/attendant? She was devastated with the negative comments. She just stared down at the floor and never raised her head. She was probably the one who altered the dress with the lights making the rude comments very personal to her. Rather than hurting the attendant’s and her fiance’s feelings just don’t turn the lights on. Words cut deep and are remembered forever!
I am perusal all these people try on dresses their spouses picked and I am sitting here thinking about how my hubby has better fashion sense than me. I would have been fine with whatever he picked cause my actual wedding dress was something I picked off a formal dress rack and asked them to make in white. Though it did look almost exactly like a dress that cost about $800 more. Mine just had a halter strap.

I dont understand why all the brides in this program series get so upset ….they should know that men cant plan anything when it comes to this kind of affair,,,,they go straight out and spend most of the money on themselves and basically dont think much about their intended brides till the day before . why the brides marrying them or agree to participate is beyond me
