Look like what you’d wear in the bedroom, not in public. Very pretty but you can see right into the crotch on a lot of these with slits all the way to the upper thigh. What is sexy about that? It’s vulgar. So are the front push-up bras. It’s like you forgot the actual wedding dress and you’re walking down the isle in lingerie’. This seems really cheap to me as well. It’s like the least amount of fabric to use and charge full price. Seems very make-believe to me. 😢
Interesting contrast on the meaning behind white for a wedding gown, and the slits and sheer inserts & sheer body suit? expect to see that on a Kardashian–oh wait, they already did that…. But that is not a new thing for wedding gowns–merging party & boudoir into a celebration with family & friends…. But some gems in the collection!
This collection was not my cup of tea. I thought only one dress was absolutely gorgeous 5:35 and the rest were not attractive with some being very unflattering (like 6:24). I did love seeing the older model in the middle. She was beautiful and smiling. The younger models looked like they were not feeling well.
I loved the first serie of dresses. Would ware these for shure with a white leather jacket and some short boots. I m not a romantic kind of girl, nice to see more edgy once Love the sleack lined satin dresses too I dont like the midriff corsettop dresses. Been a trend for some years now. But I dont like it Side peek a boo s are so done. Seen it before! Some realy need more fabric or a build in shorter skirt, the slit too high Been loving the fringed gowns lately
as a graduates from Fashion Design, all these gowns dont deserve to be tagged such high price. I’m getting my own full embroidery handstick wedding gown from a very talented indonesian designer just for 1500 euro. Filled with embroideries, arts, 3d beadings, 3d embroideries, crystals, beads and pearls. These??? They only use 1-2 fabrics and sell it for 7000 euro. Pronovias is NOTHING. It’s like Apple selling you such expensive price tag for a new USB-C charger hahaha
That last dress was a disgrace. Save something for the groom for pete’s sake. The plus size real world aint likin’ it they have money to spend too. It would be fine if the whole population of brides were a size 2. Lets be fair to all brides to be. Cant someone create a line that you can wear if you’re not shaped like a pencil? Randy Fenoli where are you???!!!!!
I loved that they included real to life size models and older ones, keeping it real and makes everyone who is not the “perfect” size and age feel like they can have a dress. I also liked the fact that they were styled as a bride would be, not having their hair slicked back. The articlegraphy was terrible but the gowns were for the most part beautiful.
The days when brides were more covered on their wedding day, saving being “SEXY” for the wedding night are mostly gone. I loved Kate Middletons wedding dress. Elegant, classy, beautiful. With a sewing pattern modeled after Kates dress, I re-created it. Her dress was so classy, everyone wanted to know where she got it, knowing she was on a tight wedding budget. Every time someone asked her, she would look in my direction then, wink at me with a small smile. Loved it!
Far from the best but quite a varied & lovely selection, most could find at least 3 or 4 to their liking. So, all are not great, but definitely some are. I don’t appreciate the few ‘strapless gowns’ which did not have a high enough bodice, most were fine, but many of the models have long torsos & it is apparent the bodice of the gown was too short, too low, as if there wasn’t enough time or fabric to make a proper cut… barely covering the nipples of their breasts, one can only shake their head how this could have been intentional for a bride. I very much appreciate your variety of models, race, age, varied figures… & the few showing a smile & enthusiasm for their gown & it’s day… thank you so much for keepin’ it real..
I definitely loved the versatility and deversity of the models, both age and weight helped show more of what real brides are these days. Unfortunately the dresses looked like someone went through the closets of 80 years of brides, and included Thai bell and British leg o’ mutton sleeves, greecian night gowns, and front splits up to the hoo hah. And who taught wedding dress models to toss skirts, capes and veils like they were super hero capes? I loved some and hated some. I guess that is the mark of a great show- something for everyone. I did like the variety of sleeves, lace and fabrics. I thought there were too many bows, deep plunged necklines and high frontal splits. But not many were really bad. A very entertaining fashion show.
Some of those 👆🏼🙄are nothing more than lingerie 🙄masquerading as bridal gowns. Some gowns are very pretty, and the laces and fabrics are to die for, but the designs 😬just reveal a little too much for supposedly a (MOST) ‘sacred’ event in your life. A rich man’s fantasy boudoir 🤠😻😎 There’s very little dignity left in some aspects of life, where even a most beautiful event in your life is bastardized as “sexy”. I will say it was nice seeing some models with ‘Tude and Smiles. That was a very nice change to see AGAIN! Smiles &’Tude Some would make good pageant gowns though.
I know it is all about the dresses, BUT, when the models look like they are being tortured on what is supposed to be the potential buyers happiest day in their lives … Sets a rather negative tone. One model, ONE, the older lady that smiled, motioned and exuded joy, was the highlight of the show for me. I came away depressed!
I’m thinking looks like the people that go to the wedding will see the coochie before the groom in many of the high split dresses. The designs are pretty just revealing TMI. I like the gowns that are very covered up. When I was a hoochie momma days might have worn the other types but I am old lady that’s not necessary anymore.
I thought they were to be virginial. Looking at some of these fashions why wear white at all? One off the shoulder looks like she is ready for bed. Many dresses look for debutant coming out. Maybe something in a hood with cape instead of value or the value attached inside hood. The bottom hem the shoes are specially made for the wedding would like to see hem lifted to show shoes layer hem with lace or
These shows look fun to attend with a friend, even if you are not getting married. I do think wedding shop owners or entrepreneurs buy them for their business and get new ideas, how to showcase them. Yes, old design becomes new! Each creation is lovely to see. Fresh and becoming. Yet, I do believe it’s not the dress that makes the bride it’s the woman in the dress. I think all brides are a showstopper.
Off the hook amazing! I have never seen a fashion show that makes you feel like your perusal a film! Exaordinary designs fabulous facial expressions from all the phenomenal models. Love the set design the entire audience looked so awesome they fit right into the vibe like they were actually apart of the performance. The entire wardrobe was beyond flawless! Perfect makeup hair jewelry. Fashion designers and models are like walking works of art simply a spectacular show a true masterpiece! Congratulations to everyone who helped to create such beauty! I’m sure the demand for the entire wardrobe will be unbelievably successful. God Bless you all!💕👌
So awful….. why does trendy also mean showing so much???? I love my wedding dress, but if I had to to pick between one of these and something pre 1990, I would take pre 90. Trendy goes in and out. A classic is a classic, no matter the year. And if not showing so much, were the 80s not bad enough, now we are bringing them back?!?! Seriously, these are not practical, or even attractive. Groom should not show up looking like he’s gonna make money off his side hoes …. Terrible. Terrible!!!! If you want to flaunt you have money, at least do so with some class.
Some beautiful gowns there. Keyhole backs and long sleeves are wonderful. But the sleeves with the 70’s look poof or the 80’s look built out shoulder crinoline are not cool. And the two ” curvier” models were not dressed, coiffed or made up as nicely as the rest, and given less stand still time ( at least on this article) as the thin ladies. Shame.
Some nice cuts, I will say something though. I understand that these dresses reflect older Italian-styled dresses (referring to the sleeves on a lot of these dresses), but on a person’s wedding day, you want to be the Empress/Queen and Princess all in one. Especially with designer dresses, people who want modest cuts, will still prefer dresses who reflect their inner Empress Status. Simplicity is nice, but a person want to feel ‘super’ special on their wedding day. I would definitely adjust the sleeves to not have that older puffy style look. I find it is outdated. When I think wedding, I think ‘Timeless, Perfection, Elegance, Beauty.’ Regardless of culture and background. In the end, some of the dresses I would add something to it. 🙂
Doing wedding gowns Are white or silver or gold .I love colors and maybe you can try light colors as well kind of mixtures. to it. You have the best models on the runaway . Love it ! how much does it cost to go to a fashion show .I”ve never been to one .I love to get inspiration from other designer . What made you want to design and do a fashion show?
Exquisite creations … Pronovias at its best. However, wedding gowns with too much cleavage destroy the elegance and the sheer beauty of the chic material from which these wedding gowns are made … on the other hand Pronovias creates a wide and comprehensive range of wedding gowns to cater for all prospective brides …. Congratulations!!!
Gorgeous 💜stunning💜 beautiful 💜romantic💜 Heavenly dresses all of them💙💙 were simply amazing🎁 what ruined the whole show were the girls faces 😴I’m tired of models looking angry tired and pissed off why can’t they smile with joy walking down the aisle😱 I don’t get it it takes away from the beauty of the whole event💙💙 the more mature model that smiled was the real deal let’s stop having angry faces supermodels !!! let’s smile while we’re showing us your beautiful bodies and gowns💜💜💜
Most of these were traditionally gorgeous but rather predictable. I’d like to see the designers brave enough to break all the rules with lots more wearable alternatives for brides who don’t want to wear dresses & who can’t or don’t wear white or pale colours. I’d love to see more designs that are truly original & unlike anything we’ve seen before. Time for someone who will wreak havoc on the stuffy old traditionalists who hate change & set the rules & design something truly amazing & groundbreaking that will have everyone talking.
Tuxedos were nice, I know it’s hard to really dazzle with a black tux but the ones with the button details were nice. The only puffed shoulder dress I could really say I’d try and possibly wear was at 9:00. It gave me Ever After vibes, and I’m getting tired of all lace gowns. The dress at 9:27 would have been better with bell sleeves instead of the elongated puff then cinched.
These are beautiful gowns, but I kept trying to figure out why something seemed off. It’s because they were strutting in these gowns. You don’t strut in a wedding gown! They should have been gliding along and had a smile, for goodness sake! The first mature model was the most beautiful bc she smiled and appeared to have joy wearing her wedding suit. Who wants to see a person in a wedding outfit who doesn’t look happy in it?
