I recommend getting the book Start and Run a Home based food business by Mimi Shotland Fix, you will need some minor training in food safety, a local college should help you and you certainly do not need a degree just talent.   • apparently people just post articles on here and Don’t even help other out.. :p you don’t need ANY experience to start. but the one thing u cannot “legally” do is start a home business for baking, Unless you have a Separate Commercial Kitchen. You can definitely make them for friends and family and maybe charge them a small fee. but as for getting legitimate customers, could get in allot of legal trouble.
