  • Years ago, after I moved into my condo building, I went to get a new drivers license. I gave them my new address. They recommended that I not put my apartment number on the license for security reasons. Just the address. Then a few months ago, I went to get my renewal. I got the paper license, and was told I would get the new license in the mail. I never got it. It was returned to them because my apartment number wasn’t on the envelope. My new license now has my apartment number on it.

  • So annoying that we need to renew our driver’s license every 4 years I hate it Arizona you need to go renew your driver’s license every 12 years that’s love but Illinois every 4 years come on they need to change that to 12 years or 20 years ain’t no one has time to renew the driver’s license all the time what is the point they need us to do that for a short period of time? I don’t get it but I’m tired 4 years go by fast smh 😠 🤦🏻‍♀️

  • I’m trying to renew it now but my issue is that it says I don’t have an account (even though I have a saved username/password). Since this is a new system I figured maybe just click on registration. I did that and although there isn’t a * next to SSN the website still requires you to put it in. I put in my SSN and it says that SSN is already under an account so click here to link to that account. When I click there it brings me back to the original login page. I also tried “forgot password” but it says my email isn’t on file (and that’s definitely the correct email). Then I did “forgot username” but it wouldn’t send me an email because I haven’t made the 3 security questions yet. I unfortunately had to call them after trying it a hundred different ways and briefly talked to 1 person who transferred me to a portal help desk rep and was on hold for 1 hour before I gave up. And yes this is a renewal! I’ve had an RN license since 2017. I currently have covid and needless to say this brought back my horrible headache🙃If you have any suggestions they are all much appreciated! I did send them a message under “contact us” but we all know they will probably never see or respond to that.
