Hi Atty – hired a lawyer in 2018 for my petition, 2019 natapos na yung psychological assessment, tapos ifa-file na dapat nung 2020 pero dahil sa pandemic nagsara na ang courts. 2020 and 2021 hindi nai-file ang petition ng lawyer ko. Dahil daw sarado ang courts. Nung nag-open this year, sabi nya she is scheduling the filing. Pero until now, May na, wala pa din. Ayaw nya daw na hindi personally i-file ang case kasi baka mawala if ipapa-receive lang sa guard. I don’t understand why hindi mai-file – talaga po bang mahirap mag-file ngayon sa family courts?
