Having security around them is important, because they are nice and likable people, who’ve both shared great talent with the world. But when pushed to a limit, which in this case, had gone way past the point of common courtesy–and could potentially have left Rita on the ground–all these people surrounding and following them were behaving like pack animals. Do those people have no dignity, or a sense of humanity? Tom and Rita are not superhuman. They are 100% human and prone to injury, just like the people following them. This is definitely a situation of doing unto others as you would expect to be done to you. I am curious as to why there was no security staying directly behind Rita. Their security team should have kept the two of them walking together, but it does seem that a couple of these individuals swarming them were trying to break them up and surround Tom. It was clear that because the two of them just wanted to get to their transport vehicle quickly, and regardless of who knocked Rita forward, everyone behind them was swarming too closely. Tom’s reaction was generalized to the WHOLE situation. He wasn’t going to be able to tell exactly who was responsible in the moment.

I know that in my city we got a government Grant and we built a trolley that goes underneath our River rather than fixing our bridges. Our “officials” spent that money a few short years before the Fernhollow Bridge collapsed. They ended up going over budget (2× as much) on the tunnel under the river, doing political favors and over paying for everything. If they weren’t going to fix our bridges then they should have let the money be reallocated to somewhere that actually needed it. As far as our government overspending, Public Works spends $70 on a flathead shovel and you can get the same exact brand same exact shovel for $34 at Walmart but they pay twice as much because they are doing political favors. A wise man once told me work smarter,not harder. And if you strip the guns from (WE THE PEOPLE) there comes a time and place where minutes and even seconds count during an altercation,and it’s been shown time and time again where a responsible gun holder changed the outcome of a physical/dangerous scenario from multiple sources of injury or death into none of the above,due to their courageous act,but also knowledge of how to use their said weapon. ITS HILARIOUS, that the one school shooting had multiple warnings and signs the kid was threatening to do what he did and what did the school do????? NOTHING!!!!!!!!!
