Needed and part as requirement but in realistic dahil lahat ng ID’s dto pag nag apply ka dekada bago makakuha hahahah! kc ung mabilis lng police clearance ID pero di nmn secondary lng hahahah!!! so Umid ID and even National ID ilang taon na wala pa haist. So in short malabo dto makapag change name as married.

You still need to declare na married ka but hindi ka obligado na gamitin ung surname ng husband mo. i renewed my passport and declared that I am already married. the staff told me na its ok not to change my surname as long as ideclare ko na married ako and may valid id ka supporting ung surname mo.
