What Happened In Brady Brides?

The Brady Brides was a sitcom series created by Lloyd J. Schwartz and Sherwood Schwartz, and aired on NBC from February 6, 1981, to April 17, 1981. The show revolved around Marcia and Jan Brady, who got married and shared a house. However, their wedding plans were disrupted when Jan and Phillip disagreed on the type of wedding they wanted. Wally, played by Jerry Houser, was Marcia’s slovenly husband, and clashed with Jan’s uptight husband, Phillip Covington.

After being fired from “The Brady Brides,” the entire cast reunited for a TV movie called “The Brady Girls Get Married.” The show focused on the Brady family’s life since the show ended, with Mike returning to being an architect, Carol working in real estate, and Marcia becoming a college science professor. The Brady Brides aired for one season before being canceled after only ten episodes.

Maureen McCormick reprised her role as Marcia Brady on The Brady Bunch Variety Hour from 1976 to 1977, and later appeared in the 1981 film The Brady Girls Get Married and a Brady Bunch spin-off show, The Brady Brides. The show never addressed Carol’s first husband, but it did feature a reunion show, The Brady Girls.

The Bradys have returned in several specials and series over the years, with Wally and Phillip both returning for the show. The oldest Brady girls, Marcia and Jan, have grown up and met the men they have been with. The series also featured a television movie, “The Brady Girls Get Married,” where Jan gets engaged to her long-term, stable boyfriend, Philip, and Marcia becomes a mother.

Why was The Brady Bunch controversial?

The Brady Bunch’s portrayal of a family with traditional values clashed with the changing attitudes towards sexuality and feminism in the 1970s.

Why was The Brady Bunch cancelled?

The grumbling actor lost his seat in the historic episode. The series was canceled after a few episodes because it didn’t meet the minimum number for larger distribution. The actors did form a family, despite the show’s unexpected end. Fans can read more about the blended family here.

What happened to the Brady Girls’ dad?

Robert Reed, who trained as a Shakespearean actor, died in 1992 at age 59. Reed acted in movies, on Broadway, and on TV. He was born in Highland Park, Illinois, studied drama at Northwestern University, and attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London. He was nominated for three Emmys, including one for his 1975 role on Medical Center as a transsexual doctor.

Did Greg and Marcia ever hook up?

Williams said he had a crush on Maureen McCormick, who played his sister Marcia. But because she was only 12 (he was 14) when the show started filming, they didn’t start dating for a few years. When they were older, the TV siblings kissed on the beach. McCormick later wrote that she hoped to lose her virginity to Williams, but it didn’t happen. In an episode, Jan, the middle child, was upset when Clark, her crush, didn’t show interest. But when the Brady family starts to feel sorry for her, she makes up a boyfriend named George Glass. This was just a dream. Mike Lookinland and Susan Olsen used to sneak off to their TV pet Tiger’s doghouse to make out, according to Williams’s book about the Brady days. Lookinland’s other TV sisters caught his eye, and their romance ended.

What happened to all the Brady kids?

The Brady kids are reuniting for an HGTV show, A Very Brady Renovation. They’re restoring the home from The Brady Bunch. Mike and Carol were the perfect American parents, and Robert and Florence were the perfect couple for the roles. They’ve both died. Robert died at 59, and Florence at 82. The rest of the cast paid tribute to the pair during filming for A Very Brady Renovation. “We thought of them every day,” Eve Plumb told Entertainment Weekly. “As we looked at old scenes during the remodel, they were there with us.” Ann played the housekeeper on the series from 1969 to 1974. She lived in the house with the Bradys and was known for her funny comments.

Why was the Brady Brides canceled?

After the TV movie, there were eight episodes made, with the reunion split into two parts. Thank goodness this series was cancelled because it was a ratings disaster. This is one of the worst TV spin-offs ever. One person found this helpful. Was this review helpful? Sign in to vote. Permalink.

What was The Brady Bunch scandal?

It was all a lie. “Barry liked music, and Florence was married with kids,” he said. “Barry’s dad took them to see a singer. Then he drove them home and she kissed him on the cheek. “That was all there was to it,” he said. In his 1992 book, “Growing Up Brady: I Was a Teenage Greg,” Williams, 67, talked about his crush on his TV mom. “The story of an affair came up again after Barry’s book came out,” Lloyd said. “Florence called me and said, ‘There’s something in Barry’s book.’ I told her, “Don’t worry, Florence. No one will think much of it.” “I was wrong.”

What happened to Mike and Carol Brady’s first spouses?

In The Honeymoon, Mike’s first wife died, making him a widower. Carol’s first marriage was kept a secret. Creator Sherwood Schwartz said Carol was divorced, but the series didn’t mention it. At the time, divorce was a taboo topic for TV, especially for a family show. The sliding glass door in the back of the Brady house didn’t have glass. They put it on the sliders with no glass so they wouldn’t get glared at while filming. Robert Reed was gay. Florence Henderson noticed he was uncomfortable acting romantically with her, and he told her privately. They rehearsed kissing and hugging scenes off-camera so they would look more natural when filming. The whole cast kept Reed’s sexual orientation a secret until after he died.

  • I can remember this premiere episode which aired in 1969, as if it were yesterday. My friend and I walked home from Junior High that Friday afternoon, anxious to see this new show that was supposed to feature a bunch of kids our age in a TV show about a subject that was often not even mentioned in those days; blended families from divorce and/or death. It quickly became our favorite Friday night TV show, quickly followed by The Partridge Family the following year, and, of course, Room 222.

  • The bit with Bobby in the beginning is so sweet. Little kids are truly capable of surprising you and doing things that are unusually mature and insightful for their age. I’ve been involved with childcare in various capacities for years and can say from experience this exchange really rings true. I think people don’t give kids nearly enough credit sometimes.

  • My children had a similar experience when I remarried. My children are all adults now, 33, 31, and 28, but every time I see them I see their mother who passed away when they were 15, 13, and 10. The following summer, after her passing, we took her ashes to Ireland to scatter them. My children know there is a place where their mom is. I believe Mr. Brady handled that situation perfectly including bringing the dog.

  • I barely remember this episode. I’ve seen all the others many times. The Brady Bunch was a wonderful show, I’m very grateful they did not make it a more “serious” contemporary issues show. It filled an important place for kids who were facing enough real issues at home. It was a needed respite and joy. Thanks to the whole “Brady Bunch” family.

  • I think “Mike and Carol” were government agents. They were given these identities with the hope that nobody would question anything. “Alice” was the Chief Operative, whom they obviously had clones of. This conspiracy is the only way to explain so many people disappearing…not to mention the pets. And what about those mysterious neighbors “The Dittmeyers”? I think Sam the butcher was more like Sam “The Cleaner” when assignments got messy. The Grand Canyon and Hawaii were secret missions. Greg, or should I say Johnny Bravo’s music was clearly part of the MKUltra program. And “Cousin Oliver”…? Wake up people. The truth is out there.

  • RIP Tiger. 😞The original Tiger was struck and killed by a delivery vehicle on the Paramount Studio lot during Season 1 just after 4 episodes. 😭 They found a replacement that “looked” like Tiger but he was not an acting dog and was afraid of noises on the set, and they even used other “look-a-likes”, but none of those dogs really “worked out”, which is why “Tiger” just vanished from the show during Season 2😢 youtube.com/watch?v=JznGhiY4ih0

  • Both of these houses were hidden away in LA’s memory banks, but nonetheless I was able to locate and visit both of them on a trip down there in 2007, thanks to a Brady contact I had at the time. Mike’s house sits in Studio City, just about 6 minutes away from the house ultimately used as the Brady dwelling. It was practically untouched since the location shots were done in 1968. Was really excited to see it in person.

  • I think one of my favorite shows was Bobby finding out about “evil stepmothers”.He was gonna move out and Carol was gonna move out with him.And she told him the only “stairs” were the ones that went to his room. And the second favorite has Greg’s new freinds ditching him,but his brothers packed his stuff to go camping with the family.

  • The year is 1969…Mike is architect..pretty sure he makes great money…in those days..the wife stayed home and raised the kids..doing the domestic chores..especially if the husband had a high paying job..yet they have a live in maid…sure maybe the wife had a job..but I was 14 yrs old in 1969..and all the moms in my neighborhood..stayed home all day..and gossiped with the other housewives….just sayin..

  • So Mike and his first family lived in a different one story house with Alice, he designed the cool house to live with Carol and the girls, and yet he still only made two kids’ bedrooms and one kids’ bathroom. Of course it’s a TV show, so the kids’ shared rooms had everything to do with filming and not real life. The Brady house was better than any set on TV to this day. But if Mike was really a successful architect, he would have thought to include a spare guest room, a sewing room for Carol comparable to Mike’s den, a sauna… And the writers seem to have made a mistake when Bobby puts the picture away because Carol is “moving in.” That makes no sense, but maybe they hadn’t conceived of the cool house yet in the pilot. Unrelated to that, Mrs. Brady must have had brown eyes, because Peter.

  • This would be the one and only time we hear about the Brady’s real mother. In later episodes, there was no mention of anyone from their first families. In fact both parents seem to forget they were married before, All the kids refer to their step siblings as “blood”. In fact Jan said to Peter, “Blood is thicker than water.” when referring to their relationship.

  • This show showed some very poignant stories. Many families started after one of the original spouses passed away or there was a divorce. These were difficult situations for kids to deal with and for this show to face this and show kids that they weren’t alone and that things can get better was very important for kids to see. Back then shows showed messages that were not agendas made up by social justice warriors nor were they forced into every show, movie, or even commercial. TV today is just 💩💩!

  • Dear Frauds at this website: I did not find out what happened to the first Mrs. Brady as promised. Did she perish in some grisly safari incident? Was she slowly poisoned by a neighbor? Perhaps Alice took a seething disliking to the woman and tampered with her car brakes. One thing is certain: this clip did not tell us. In future I’ll be very wary of any promises made by you folks.

  • Half the time, I forget that the Bradys were a blended family honestly LOL! It’s only when I watch some of the very early episodes that I’m reminded of it. After Season 1, they really did not mention much about them being a blended family anymore. They were just a typical family like anybody else which is nice to see.

  • My wife taught in the elementary school that David Cassidy’s son Beau went attended. My daughter (same age/grade) did the morning announcements with Beau. The one time I remember seeing David at the school was when Beau was when Beau sang two his songs in the 5th grade talent show. David came in with a brown fedora pulled down low on his face. Everyone knew who he was, we just took it as a signal that he didn’t want to interact with anyone. Or maybe he didn’t want Beau to know he was there.

  • Shows with Heart. Wouldn’t it be so great to see them on TV again? For someone who wasn’t awfully fond of the “Mike Brady” role.. I always thought Robert Reed really knocked this one out of the park. I threw my TV out over 25 years ago. Perhaps someday, programming will move beyond shows with a fat girl and her mother shopping for a wedding dress. But until then… there’s always re-runs.

  • Here’s what has always bugged me The girls. were Mr Martin’s.daughters. So how did they immediately.become Bradys without any adoption proceeding or anything? Granted it was a 30.minute sitcom but it was based on the movie Yours Mine and Ours and in that movie they went to court. I don’t mean to be so analytical but it’s a point to ponder.

  • They never said exactly what happened to Mike’s first wife. Just that she was gone. And that she’d be proud of Bobby for thinking of Carol’s feelings. But I think I heard or read somewhere that she had passed away, and that Carol had gotten a divorce from her first husband. To sure how true that is though……

  • 0:02- Funny how this one-story house that didn’t seem more than two car-lengths in size was supposed to have housed Mike, the boys, Alice- and Tiger! It would have been cozy enough for a bachelor or a newlywed couple but all those folks? Oddly enough, they lived in the iconic two-story house from the 2nd episode onward but NEVER mentioned that they’d moved from the Pilot house!

  • We still don’t know what happened to her. I’m also unsure about the first Mr. Carol. They both must have had good life insurance policies written on their first spouses. Mr. Brady was an architect, and a lousy one at best. All he did was futz with his slide-rule in the den and was able to support this big family with a fulltime housekeeper. Something nefarious must have happened. A lot of comments here are funny. Sherwood Schwartz missed hiring the right group of writers, from the ones here who were old enough. 😀

  • I’d love to know what actress or person is seen in the photograph used for Mr. Brady’s first wife. She’s a brunette. The picture is placed on the dresser by Bobby and Mr. Brady. Also, did anyone ever notice that their characters’ names and their real names are switched. Mike Brady is played by Robert Reed (Bob is a nickname for Robert). Bobby Brady is played by Mike Lookinland. Robert and Mike. Mike and Robert. Coincidence?

  • You know, the beginning of the breaking down of the nuclear family started with the promotion of shows about divorced or single parents when just less than a decade before, family sitcoms were like “Leave it to Beaver”. In the 1960’s we got this and “Courtship of Eddie’s Father” with a Japanese housekeeper taking care of Eddie while Bill Bixby looked for a new mom for his kid, (like the later movie “Kramer vs Kramer” and the show “Hazel”) and “Julia” (a show I liked in many racially positive ways but also promoted single parents) and “That Girl!” about unattached young Manhattanites with wimpy boyfriends like Ted Bessell….”Family Affair” with Sebastian Cabot taking care of Brian Keith’s children, then later “Mary Tyler Moore” when the actress once played a suburban mom with brains on the Dick Van Dyke show and then moved into the single career woman at a TV station….I always wondered what the networks were trying to do by trying to steer American middle-class culture. I think that’s why “All in the Family” was such a roaring success. And now Regressives would pound these types of shows into the ground. All the CBS Saturday night lineup. (I think) All in the Family, the Jeffersons, Mary Tyler Moore, and Bob Newhart. etc. Of course “The Waltons” “Little House on the Prairie” and earlier “Bonanza” and “Gunsmoke” were also big. But as always, in New York, which essentially ran corporate TV just as Hollywood ran the film industry, regular middle-class/lower class Americans just swallowed it all up.

  • I remember this scene. It doesn’t really say what happened to the first Mrs. Brady. It’s merely implied she passed away but is still dear to the hearts of her sons and husband. I don’t think we ever had a similar scene regarding the girls’ biological father. I didn’t remember the maternal grandparents. The actor who played the grandfather is familiar but I can’t remember his name…

  • It was a pilot episode with different house and then the show went a different way after responses and network pick up. The idea was both first apoises died but Mrs. Brady seemed to be gone longer, hence the need for Alice or was a gradual thing, thus the need for an Alice. Carol’s hisband probably dued in car line of duty like a soldier or fireman.or perhaps sudden car accident.. Becasue divorce would mean ahowing other parents and complicating the family more than necessaary at that time in history, it was not implied imho. Open to other ideas though

  • They still never really make clear if she is dead, divorced, in prison or was abducted by aliens. Sherwood Schwartz had once said that he wanted the two families to simply be divorced, but that was still a bit controversial back then. He thought the other parents having died would be too much of a downer for a family friendly sitcom. So he pretty much just ended up never mentioning them again after the pilot and letting the audience decide what happened to them.

  • yeah, this was a good family story. but, probably like many others, it was so very very far from my experience as a child. professional, college educated parents, suburbs, kids who didn’t seem to have a concern other than homework… it seemed so remote to me, I had a hard time synching with it. even so, my childhood, tho nothing like the Brady’s, was fabulous.

  • Yes, Carol and Mike had both been widowed. The 1990’s version Step by step. the husband was divorced and had custody of his kids. the wife had been widowed though. In the last season of that series the youngest son disappeared No real explanation except he was visiting his mother once but yet he was in none of the episodes the last season.

  • So what actually happened to Bobbys mom? Did Sam the ‘cleaner, take her out’? Did she die in a horrible skydiving accident or did she just throw her hands in the air and say ‘I’m done, there are too many males in this house’ and walk out? I have so many questions. and yes I grew up perusal this too. I NEED ANSWERS

  • We knew the first Mrs. Brady died. What was never officially stated is what happened to Carol’s first husband. (Heard the creators and writers wanted to have it be a divorce but the studio wouldn’t allow it. So they decided not to say.) The 90s movie explanation dosen’t count(I consider them AU anyway because of the whole Greg/Marcia storyline).

  • This is why robert reed hated this show the scene with bobby he thought would happen more often back then shows like courtship of eddies father were listed as comedy drama in the tv guide listings now they call them dramadies but the show became too silly for him well into the 1st season and he loved his fellow actors but hated the show.

  • Nice clip, but your title is all clickbait. It never tells you what happened to The first Mrs. Brady.(or Carol’s husband) Other than her picture stuck in Bobby’s Drawer. It is heavily implied several times that Mike’s wife died and it was extremely traumatic. How is never revealed. Not even in the subsequent movies. Carol’s husband was finally revealed to have died at sea in some excursion. Whether long after the union of Mike and Carol or before their wedding. During any 60’s series, Divorce or anything related to the husband willingly abandoning a family was taboo on network TV.

  • I grew up in the 70s and The Brady Bunch was definitely must-see TV for me. Now, to be honest, at different times through the run of the show, I had alternating heartthrob crushes on both Greg and Peter, but I just adored that whole family (and Alice, too)! As for Robert Reed (who was just too old for teenage me), I look back now as an out, open gay man and my heart aches so much for him. I can’t help but watch that show a bit differently now, understanding deeply how horrible it is to have to act on your job & then continue to act after the cameras are switched off. I “lived” like that until my 33rd birthday, but Reed never found the chance to be free, but it is my deepest hope that he still had the chance to love with the whole of his heart even if he could never utter a word about it. Love is the very most special thing about being human. We all deserve that.

  • From a time when the world was seemingly more sane than it is today and when TV was sweeter, gentler and more innocent. I grew up with this lot and it melts my heart to see them again united like this. Reminds me of my own siblings and the fun Friday nights would bring us!!! RIP Robert and Florence. oxoxoxoxox

  • I truly grew up during the beginning and entire years they filmed, watched them Monday through Friday every single week, reruns, and still almost 50 years later I’m still perusal reruns. It is a part of Americana, a part of the innocence that we grew up in during the 60’s and early 70’s, as a kid anyway (wasn’t aware of what Vietnam was about) so this was my world. I truly wish these people were making bank like Jerry Seinfeld, I mean their shows have been running for nearly 50 years as reruns, they should all be worth more money than we can comprehend. So grateful, and I do really hope that these people know that regardless of whether they were paid well or were cheated of residuals, that they realize just how massive of an impact they have had on millions of people, and still do.

  • I don’t know if they all really get the magnitude of what that show brought to the table in people’s lives. I mean I am 52 and have been perusal as long as I can remember and STILL watch if it’s on. I have top favorites, well unless maybe Alice lol, but they each hold a very very dear place in my heart. I totally want to THANK HGTV for buying that house and putting together that show, I hope they keep it and let fans see it every now and then because it is so ICONIC to America, just like The Bradys are. Best wishes and many blessings to all on this Christmas eve ❤🙏

  • I may be a Gen Z member, but The Brady Bunch has been a show I watched since early childhood. I loved it even more when I was 16, and this was the year 2013 when it would air in Hallmark after school. I’m 22 now and I still stan The Brady Bunch. Age is just a number guys. You can be a fan of whatever you want no matter how old you are.

  • We’re they all a little drunk!!?? Eve used to live in Laguna Beach California.. I lived there for a few years and would see her at the Pavilions Grocery store.. She looked at me then quickly disappeared to the other side like she thought I was going to stop her… Uh No!!! I remember reading where she said she didn’t like being approached and reminded of being Jan on the Brady Bunch, like she hated it or was embarrassed… Hmmmm.. this show made you famous and now you live in New York city and you are staring and acting in Plays… Susan has no lips and looks like she drinks and is a little red necky… But again I’m glad they’re all still alive and will ALWAYS be a fan… Great show Andy.. Wonderful to see The Brady Cast… Thank you…

  • So many people still love The Brady Bunch, and what fun it would be to have the Brady cast on hand inside the Brady House with cameras rolling, and bring some superfans in blindfolded one by one (not knowing where they are) to be sat at the dining table or in the living room with the cast all around them. Then for the blindfold to be removed and let each superfan be surprised Candid Camera style! If it were me, to see them all in person and to be in that iconic Brady house would be such a wonderful childhood dream come true, I’d probably scream and then start crying from the shock and joy of it all! I was six years old when the show first aired and I thought they were a real family!😂. How I longed back then to go to their house to play with Marcia, Jan, and Cindy!😂

  • Love The Brady Bunch… Some of my favorite episodes are in the first season when the kids were really young.. The Camping episode, Dear Libby, Christmas episode, and the second season Marcia’s slumber party.. My family lived in a 1970s Groovy house with high ceilings lots of beams and a floating Brady Bunch Stairway.. I thought the stairway was the coolest.. I wished my family was like the Brady’s…

  • Thank you for this. I’m crying as I write this thank you. I’m 56 years old. I have no family friends or neighbors that give a s*** about me. MY water bottle electricity has been shut off I have no water and I’m living in the house and 105° temperature here in Las Vegas. All I have for entertainment is my cell phone and YouTube and Facebook I’m in Facebook jail for 30 days so YouTube is all I got. And I charge my phone with my car battery. I’m just happy to enjoy the little fruits of life like this.

  • Susan, as a little girl about your age I desperately wanted to see your hair down! I’m a brunette and I was transfixed by Eve’s gorgeous hair flowing around and could only imagine how stunningly beautiful yours would be! So, us fans felt your pain!!! Love ALL of you! You were a big part of my childhood. 💗

  • Oh, my God! My heart is palpitating perusal this article! I can’t believe I missed it from a few years ago! I grew up with the Brady Bunch… I could totally relate to Andy saying that he needed to make sure he was home by the time it was on every Friday because I felt the same way. And oh my gosh what a crush I had on Greg/Barry Williams. It was an unrequited love, but it remains strong!😊

  • This is an old show by now, but still it’s noticeable that Maureen & Eve ARE sitting next to each other. Yet did I see, or just read into it, that Maureen was squirming a bit when Andy asked Eve if any of these guys( there) gave her any crap? Rock on Mo. you’re still my crush. PS: Robert Reed was a class act to/with his castmates.

  • That was awesome! It’s like seeing family you haven’t seen for year and years. I saw every episode probably ten or more times. A friend of mine and I used to work at a resort, and we tried to list every episode on a chalk board in one of the meeting rooms on a slow day once. We missed one, and had Hawaii as one episode when it was two. That was almost 30 years ago, I couldn’t do that now. Thanks for this! I still want to marry Eve.

  • Susan talking about the Shirley Temple it’s funny because she hated that episode 😂😂😂 yeah I don’t think at 12 I’d want to do that either And her saying she hated the pig tails 😂 I love how real she is 💯 I just realized they’re sitting in order from oldest to youngest if you go across Greg, Peter, and Bobby at the top Marcia, Jan, and Cindy at the bottom

  • Born in 95 and grew up with them as the 90’s and 00’s had a huge resurgence of the show. I had a thing for all the boys and dad but especially Peter I thought he was the most attractive of the boys. He definitely aged the best out of the boys. I swear Marsha and Peter aged the best out of all them they basically look like older versions of themselves from when they were on the show but the others I wouldn’t recognize them if they didn’t make appearances.

  • All parents should listen to Susan’s story about being told Robert Reed was gay when she was only 9. It was a simple explanation from her mother. She understood it and moved on. All these parents who freak about about having to explain the gay thing to their children aren’t freaking out because of their children. They’re freaking out because of themselves.

  • THAT WAS SUPER SPECIAL TO ME. I’M THE YOUNGEST OF 7 IN MY FAMILY 3 BOYS 4 GIRLS AND IT’S AMAZING TO SEE THIS FAMILY WE ALL GREW UP WITH ON TELEVISION STILL BE SO LOVING AND CARING TO EACH OTHER. MY FAMILY’S GROUP TEXT IS ONLY THE WOMEN AND WHENEVER THEY INCLUDE US BOY’S FOR ANY REASON WE HAVE TO ASK THEM TO REMOVE US FROM THEIR CHAT… LMAO. WE LOVE EACH OTHER BUT THE AMOUNT OF NONSENSE THESE WOMEN TEXT IS BEYOND ANNOYING. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

  • The first question for Eve must have made her feel uncomfortable, felt bad for her, Barry and Chris didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. In interviews when Florence comes up, I love how Maureen still gets emotional talking about her, it’s so sincere, she makes me tear up. What was up with Susan? She didn’t let anyone else have a chance to talk and seemed a bit loopy 🥴

  • Eve Plumb looked really pretty here – no longer the plain Jane. Susan really needs a hair stylist. She’s been wearing that SAME hairstyle since the ’80s. Reminds me of a shaggy dog looking thru’ hair . She’s too old for the long hair. Still can’t get over how pretty normally plain Eve is – plus, very refinded acting. However, I think she’s lying when she says she hasn’t seen the movies.

  • Love brady bunch i was born in 1972 so i was 2 when the show ended. But i think i was probably maybe about 5 when the reruns started airing afterschool. Then cartoons i guess yeh so its never stopped showing so all the 1980s i guess caught up on it. Fun dirty secrets they reveal. Yeh it be true what about Robert Reed he may have hated working on the show. But he seemed to have a love for those kids. But yeh if it had been revealed that he was gay it would have tanked his career and the show. So its big deal to how many careers it can affect just sayin.

  • They all look very good.. even Susan and Mike. They just look older. Susan, love or hate her, is very real. Eve looks elegant but so tired of doing this.. very uncomfortable. And asked about Hawaii the most? That’s such bs lmao. She’s so snooty. Maureen had work done but looks phenomenal.. she’s about 62 or 63 here!

  • As I clicked on this, I thought Barry/Greg was going to be the Chatty Cathy as, over the years, he seemed to be the one who would be trying to stay in the spotlight in some way. I know it’s only a 12 minute clip, but if anyone can be compared with my little sister (who is 43), it was Susan/Cindy. Someone who goes on and on and jumps in first to talk… that after 30 seconds, you already forgot what the orignal topic was. By the way, I’m still trying to adopt out my sister… anyone?

  • Susan/Cindy was right if he came out back then they would’ve been oh your so brave and then never work again. Hollywood didn’t care about being gay back then but they cared about public perception so it was ok as long as the public didn’t find out about it. I wish he could’ve lived out back then and still had his career.
