This is a branching off point …all good things must come to an end…maybe she felt a closer bond to kourtney and felt comfortable opening up to her..to be honest I wouldn’t open up to any of them. I just watched a article of struggling Indonesian miners and how they go through great lengths to get less than $10 a day to feed their families and I watched this article after and I realized how absolutely unimportant the Kardashians and their small and over exaggerated problems are compared to everything else that is going on in the world.

Say what you want but I saw a few clips of the show from 3 years ago and I have to say 1 thing that happened is they made the recent seasons more real. I noticed something was changing with Life of Kylie, when they do give you a more backstage look, but overall you can see somebody in there pushed to finally move KUWTK from being totally staged (look at the clips from 2014!) to actually showing their lives. I’ve been a personal assistant to someone who believed he was an actual messenger from God, believe me being a p.a on it’s own is sooo hard, your needs basically come second and you get disrespected and treated less ‘cause you’re not at the same level as them. Kim is 100% right. You can be friendly with staff in a professional courteous manner. You should not be friends with the staff. I believe in team philosophy, respect, ethics, etc. However, there needs to be a line between the employer and the employee. I have been the employer; I have been the employee. I always errored on a professional distance with supervisors as well as my staff. Having the roles defined helps give constructive guidance, feedback, and mentorship without an employee perhaps feeling slighted by the boss/friend. Also, the family is thicker in dedication than the staff. Kourtney should not get involved in social events with other siblings’ staff members. It’s up to Kim (employer) to treat the assistant to a “working meal” where they can discuss work projects as well as professional goals and aspirations.
