Looking back, Greg is a confusing character. For one, he has most of the traits of a sociopath that includes selfishness, using his friends, making fun of people, only caring for himself to benefit himself, and more. But on the other hand, Greg actually cares about people. In Wrecking Ball, he cried for ROWLEY. Even though for the most part, Greg uses Rowley like a slave or something, he shows emotion to his friend. And Greg, unlike most sociopaths, is able to like people, which is something sociopaths shouldnt really have. So in conclusion, Greg is leaning towards being a sociopath, but he is not fully. Id say he is half-and-half. However, his sociopath actions are most likely influenced because of Rodrick who bullies him, and Manny who is spoiled and treated like a king.

After hearing this, Sonja got angry with Gary. He might have divorced her because she isnt seen with him in The Third Wheel, so they have possibly divorced.

I like to think that Greg grows up to become a cartoonist in the future. I think this would be a pretty cool evolution for his character, as cartooning is shown to be something that he enjoys doing and has a genuine talent in. We see his skills in the journals themselves, as well as with him making comics coming up frequently in the earlier books. It’s possible that Greg might develop this talent into a successful career. If he doesn’t become a cartoonist, my head cannon has always been that Greg ends up working as a cashier: the job he was assigned on career day in one of the books.
While I can see why Greg wouldn’t be successful, I don’t think the “he likes article games, ergo has no passion, ergo will be a failure” argument is fair. Many people are talentless and get regular jobs, oftentimes well-paying ones (like, say, a policeman. What talent do you need for that?? Enjoying guns?? C’mon now. Maybe SOME athleticism is needed but it’s not like every policeman in America is ripped). Not to mention, I recall one time Greg met a sweet lady in college who was studying psychology, and he was able to learn at least 80% of the psychology fundamentals to help her study the next day – proving he is perfectly capable of learning something quickly if he wants to (and when he grows older, he might mature enough to pick a fulfilling career – because I can tell you for a fact, the age of 12 is not good for figuring out what you wanna do when you grow up. You change your mind at least 50 more times until you’re 18).\r And besides, Greg can draw well. He’s pursued a job as a comic artist before, and if that doesn’t work out, there’s always animation.

As a teen in middle school, you relate to Greg. As an adult in college or working a full time job, we emphasize more with Rowly, whom has a more likable, naive, yet realistic view on life than Greg. The values of being popular in school like Greg wanted to achieve is only short lived. In college or in the workforce, people don’t care how popular you are. Only that you’re sociable, hard working, have a good skill set to get the job done, and had a good track record in you’re resume to reflect that. I’d be more curious to see what Greg would get up to in high school or even college. By his age, I knew the importance of education and good grades and that popularity in much more finite.
Video idea: can we just talk about how bad of a game netkritterz is (in cabin fever) you need to pay REAL MONEY just to continue playing, and you should also be able to change the name of the pet and make the items and costumes just be cosmetic items. It should be something like My talking Tom were you just take care of it but not need to spend real money just to keep playing the game. The creators of that game are worse than EA

He took her to a baseball game and wanted to break up with her to date her sister, and she only married Gary because she confused someone else’s request (a plane with a banner) with his, and Gary just didn’t resolved the misunderstanding at that moment because he was afraid of being beaten by other people.
