Watched 1/22/24 for about the 6th or so time over a span of 7 or 8 yrs. It is so romantic! On the phone number, I think he only had Deanna’s work number at the law firm (remembet he left several msgs for her with the receptionist), but he had Danielle’s home number. So, nothing there that would make him think anything was off. He assumed he had both the work and home number of the same woman. Again, such a great movie with an old-fashioned, sweet vibe.
I am only a 3rd of the way through and already I can tell that the new guy and Tamera’s character should be a couple and Tia’s lawyer coworker really wants to be with her. The chemistry between Tamera’s character and the new guy is definitely there…. It’s just so odd they guy isn’t realizing this is NOT the same woman lol. Like from uptight lawyer to a baker? The comment about insomnia but when you see her again she claims she must get 9 hours? At that point, you would think he would have started asking more questions to address the inconsistency lol.
