  • Bryan needs to work! They don’t have children and he’s capable. Get out of here with that mess. He’s lazy. Rachel is smart to stay quiet. She’s a lawyer. Her dad is a judge. She needs to stay quiet until it is over. That is just common sense. Any person who is in a similar situation should follow the same path.

  • If you listen to the Higher Learning Podcast you know why Rachel has not spoke in detail about the divorce. They spoke about it on last Friday’s podcast. Overall she and Van have had surface level conversations about the situation but Rachel, as a lawyer and daughter of a lawyer/Judge has decided to wait to tell her side once the divorce is over or when she feels like she can speak. But I will say I love how Van has tried to bring Rachel back into a world of thinking about future relationships.

  • It’s impossible to believe Bryan is only making $1600/mo. That’s less than minimum wage NOT in California. If his business isn’t even making enough to pay him, he’d have declared bankruptcy well before now. But even so, he doesn’t just bring in chiropractor income. He also is an influencer. Sounds like he’s hiding income from the court. Either that, or Dr. Abasolo should quit his practice and go over to the nearest In and Out for a job, which at bare, bare minimum is going to bring him double what he claims to be making now. 🙄

  • Say you make $10k/month gross. You pay all your monthly expenses (mortgage, utilities, insurance, groceries, gas, clothing, entertainment, etc.). What you have left in your pocket to spend frivolously or save is $1600. Maybe that’s what he’s saying. BUT…most of us could claim the same thing! Doesn’t mean our gross income is $1600…it was $10,000! How that number is worded changes perception of it.

  • I believe he’s making an average of $1600/mo in income from his new LA chiro biz. If he were still in his original location that he built up, prior to Miami, he would be making much more after being established for that many years. Unless you own a small biz, you won’t appreciate the costs, especially in CA. Imagine his medical insurance alone.

  • California is a community property state. Everything accumulated during the marriage is 50/50 split evenly between the two. California law has a formula to calculate spousal support. It is based on net monthly income of both parties. I’m not judging or taking sides. You can google it if you want to verify it.

  • Actually this is all coming from Bryan. Rachel and her attorney haven’t said a thing. Rachel is a very private person. Bryan is putting all this information out there to get back at her for not giving what he wants thru mediation. He is a weak, pathetic person. He has been trying to try this case in the public from the very beginning knowing full well that Rachel, as an attorney, won’t discuss it until it’s over. He’s counting on it. And let’s talk about your article where you said he was defending her. He said in that article that he was staying in LA because his business was profitable; that was 2-3 months ago, was he lying then or is he lying now. You notice he deleted all those comments on those posts were he saying all that BS. And all that talk about how he moved to CA for her career when he was the one who always wanted to live in LA but he couldn’t afford to move there. Rachel didn’t get a job with Extra until late 2020. Bryan got his Chiropractic license for California in January 2018, more than 2 years before Rachel started working foe Extra. Rachel was still working as an attorney until December 2018 which is when she moved to Miami because his practice was there. So basically, during that entire time (since she left the show) before moving to LA for work, she hustled and worked multiple jobs. She worked as a lawyer (June 2017 to December2018), worked for ESPN as a guest host for First Take (3-4 times) and had her own radio show with 2 other cohosts (for about a year- it could have been longer not sure).

  • Very sad. No one wins in a divorce! They always seemed so respectful to each other. She has always been very vocal about everything, now crickets. His lack of income sounds like he was in way over his head trying to “keep up with the jones’s in Los Angeles and had too high of overhead with a fancy office and all. He always seemed so likeable on podcasts more than her in my opinion, but what do any of us really know?

  • Every piece of information is coming from Bryan since the petition for divorce was filed is about the division of their marital assets. Every piece of information about their marriage prior to the divorce came from Rachel, including how she said she could never have made it as far had Bryan not been so supportive of her career, including emasculating him on platforms. Give the man what he is entitled to under California law, and be done with it. Some of you would be barking if it was Rachel or any other woman asking for what is legally theirs.

  • I truly thought this divorce was going to be mediated and settled privately…It was a mutual decision to part ways as stated in the motion, so Bryan did not blindside her as some are assuming. Bryan wants spousal support as well as their California home to be designated a community property. Rachel didn’t post their life daily on instagram, but she sure talked a lot about it in interviews. Too tired to even give him a hand job, go watch some p**n instead. ‘We live a completely different life’…’I could never have made it without him being supportive as he us toward my career’ blah blah blah its all documented on numerous platforns. So much for the missus being a private person.

  • Rachel I’m am perusal Women tell all; then you came out, and when you were talking about all the hate messages you were getting, broke my heart and you don’t deserve any of that; I will never understand people and racist comments it’s so ugly. You are a beautiful woman inside and out don’t never let anyone ever make you question yourself. The world got to see your beautiful soul. I wish you all the joy and happiness and that you find your person. ❤❤❤
