Does Sidon get married to Totk?

Sidon becomes king of the Zora and is engaged to Yona. When the Upheaval came, a monster created by Ganondorf plagued his kingdom with sludge. King Dorephan and Muzu went to investigate. In the meantime, Sidon sent Jiahto, a historian, to investigate in Toto Lake. Sidon tried to heal the source of the water in Zoras Domain. When Link arrived, Sidon was happy to see him. He told Link what was going on and sent Jiahto off. With help from Yona, Link finds Dorephan, who gave him his scales to solve the riddle. Link shot an arrow with Dorephan’s scale on a fish-shaped island in the sky and a water droplet-shaped relic. He told Sidon and Yona the news. Yona convinced Sidon to go with Link after an ambush. They went through the waterworks to the Temple of Water, where the sludge came from. After filling the vases with water, they found the sludge was caused by the Mucktorok. They beat it and got the Secret Stone. Sidon accepted his stone and became the Sage of Water. He gave his avatar to Link as proof he would always stand by his side. After the sludge disappeared, Dorephan thought he should give the throne to Sidon. Sidon was reluctant at first but eventually accepted and became the new king of the Zora.

In Hyrule Warriors: In Age of Calamity, Mipha, the Zora Princess, rescues young Sidon from a Lynel. Sidon journeyed to Ploymus Mountain to challenge a Lynel on his own. Mipha scolds him for making a rash decision, but praises him for his bravery. The party spots a large horde of monsters approaching. Link, Zelda, and Impa take Sidon back to Zoras’ Domain. Mipha uses the Divine Beast Vah Ruta to defeat the attacking horde. After the battle, Sidon is in the throne room as King Dorephan approves Mipha to pilot Vah Ruta against Calamity Ganon.

Who is Sidon’s fiancee?

When Tears of the Kingdom came out in May, people loved it. People liked building with Links new Ultrahand ability and discovering mysteries in Hyrules new regions. However, some fans were unhappy about the introduction of Prince Sidon’s fiancée, Lady Yona.

Tears of the Kingdom Newspaper Questline and the State of Hyrulean Journalism People on the Internet reacted strongly to the newspaper questline. Some publications ran articles about this. Why did fans react so strongly to her? Some fans were upset that the green Zora is heterosexual. What does that mean? To understand this, we can look at Kathy Kane, the original Batwoman.

Where can I find Sidon’s fiance?

Go back and tell her the statue has been cleaned. She’ll introduce herself as Sidon’s fiancée and tell you to meet her in the infirmary. You’ll find her on the second level of Zoras Domain, behind the waterfall, where the baths are.

She’ll be in the first pool of water. Speak to her to learn more about the Zora Armor. This is the main quest to restore the Zora Armor. Yona says the Zora Armor needs to be repaired. It needs one thing: an Ancient Arowana. She says she hasn’t seen any and doesn’t know where to find one. She says Dento the Blacksmith might know where to find one.

Does Sidon love Yona?

Canon. Sidon and Yona have known each other since they were young. Sidon was afraid of strangers and was mature for her age. She treated him like a brother, even though they weren’t related. It wasn’t until a rainstorm swept them down the river that Yona comforted him until Mipha came to the rescue. Sidon realized he had two big sisters. Over time, he couldn’t understand his feelings for Yona. His father told him she was his betrothed, but he kept writing about her anyway. When the Upheaval begins, Zoras Domain is affected by sludge pollution. Sidon goes to Mipha Court to stop it from spreading. Yona looks after the sick. When Link arrives, Yona thanks him and introduces herself as Sidon’s fiancée. She will direct him to Mipha Court, where Sidon is holding back the sludge. Later, Yona and her friends go to Mipha Court to help hold back the sludge. The Sludge Like attacked them, but Link and Sidon defeated it. Yona and her friends held back the sludge. Sidon and Yona argue about whether to go back to the domain. Yona says she’ll stay to keep the sludge at bay until Sidon realizes he has a future to worry about. She says he needs to let go of the past to live for the future. After thinking it over, Sidon decides to go to East Reservoir Lake. He tells Link to meet him there to find the source of the problem. Yona is sorry for Sidon because he was sad when his sister died. He also wants Link to do well. After Link and Sidon defeat Mucktorok, the water in Zoras Domain is purified. King Dorephan steps down and crowns Sidon as their new king. Yona also becomes queen and rules with him for years.

Do Sidon and Yona get married?

Canon stuff. Sidon and Yona were friends. They got married. Sidon looked up to Yona but hadn’t seen her much since childhood. He was shy around her.Sidon views Link as his best friend and closest companion. He replaced the statue of Mipha in the courtyard with one of him and Link fighting the divine beast Ruta. I was shocked and jealous when I first learned of Sidon and Yona’s engagement. I quickly recovered when I thought about it. I assumed the marriage was political.

It also made me think of Zelda and Link’s relationship. I didn’t feel any romantic tension between them. I wonder if this is deliberate: to keep their relationship without a label and highlight their roles as princess and knight. I saw the same with Sidon and Yona. They love each other and are devoted, but there’s no romantic tension. All of these observations are my own, and I don’t want to offend Zelink and Sidona lovers. They could definitely become romantically involved!

Did Link ever love Mipha?

Fanon. The shipping between these two is common in the Zelda community. It’s considered a rival to Zelink. People debate who Link loved more. However, it’s generally expected that Link loved both Mipha and Zelda. There was a love triangle between the three of them. Before the Breath of the Wild DLC, Mipha’s memory showed baby Sidon. Fans have included Mipha’s brother in their Miphlink fan art. They have Mipha introduce Link to her brother or have the two spend time together while they watch the young Zora prince.

Miphlink has been compared to the other two Royal Zora ships, Sidlink and Rulink. Some think Mipha’s feelings for Link are like Ruto’s for Link in Ocarina of Time. Both Mipha and Ruto are Zora princesses who fell in love with the young hero.

Are Yona and Sidon married?

Yona is a character in Tears of the Kingdom. She is a Zora and Sidon’s wife.

Biography. Yona is a kind, powerful Zora princess in Tears of the Kingdom. She respects Link for saving the Domain. Yona and Sidon are friends, even though Yona is from outside of Hyrule. She cares for her Zora friends, her husband Sidon, and the Hyrulean Royal family, which at the time only consisted of Princess Zelda.

Nomenclature. Yona’s name is a musical reference like most Zoras in Breath of the Wild. Her name comes from the yona-nuki scale. This Japanese pentatonic scale lacks fa(yo) and si(na).

Can Link marry Mipha?

Trivia. This ship calls back to Rulink from Ocarina of Time. Some say the two couldn’t have a family because Link is a Hylian/Human and Mipha is a Zora. But in past Zelda games, there have been Zora and Hylian hybrids, so it’s possible for the two to have a family.

Is Sidon engaged in Tears of the Kingdom?

It is known: Prince Sidon is betrothed to a Zora named Yona. The Zora prince with a heart of gold and great abs is no longer single. As of May 12, he is engaged to Yona.

Let’s take a moment to think of you and me. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is the new sequel to Breath of the Wild. It brings back many characters from Breath of the Wild and introduces new ones. Prince Sidon returns, but it seems he’s been busy. In Breath of the Wild, Sidon and Link tamed the Divine Beast Vah Ruta and used it to defeat Calamity Ganon and save Zelda.

Is Sidon an adult?

Concept and creation. Sidon was designed by Yuko Miyakawa for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. He is a passionate, dignified, and powerful Zora with a stronger physique. She gave him a shark design on his head, and he became a fan favorite. He was originally gray, but this was changed for several reasons. He also looks like his older sister, Mipha. Sidon is a humanoid with fish-like features. He is mostly red or dark pink with a tail fin on top of his head. As a Zora, he is taller than an average Hyrulean, but also tall for a Zora. Sidon is 135 years old but looks young because Zora age slowly. He wears little clothing but has items that show he is a prince, like a scarf, epaulettes, bracelets, and belt. He is the prince of the Zora and a leader of its people. He is friendly, brave, and optimistic. This is shown by his tendency to strike poses during gameplay. He’s known for his muscular physique and smile, which have made him a heartthrob. When designing his personality, producer Eiji Aonuma and game director Hidemaro Fujibayashi said he was too enthusiastic at first, but they improved it and grew to love his character. They were not surprised he became popular. Sidon is the son of King Dorephan, the ruler of Zoras Domain. He respects his older sister, Mipha, who died.Sidon is voiced in Japanese by Kosuke Onishi and in English by James D. Mortellaro. Age of Calamity, 8910.

Is there romance in TotK?

There’s a short, unseen time between BOTW and TOTK. It’s only implied. After Calamity Ganon was defeated, Link and Zelda’s relationship grew. They apparently lived together, as shown by her diary and according to the citizens of Hateno Village. If Link goes down the well behind his old house, he’ll find Zelda has set up a lab and even left his hair tie out for him. She left him clothes at the castle. Princess Zelda holding onto Link’s hair tie and leaving him clean clothes are things only a close friend would do. Link and Zelda also showed their trust in each other when Zelda became the Light Dragon to defeat Ganon. She didn’t know Link would bring her back with Rauru and Sonia’s help. She did it as a sacrifice and to leave everything in Link’s hands. To give her life in the hope that Link would make it worthwhile is an act of pure trust.

  • The whole shipping thing aside, I love that she’s from another domain. It’s like Sidon realized that all the girls in Hyrule’s domain were too thirsty and obsessed to ever have a healthy relationship with, so he went with someone from out of town who appreciated him for who he was. Good for you, bro. Shatter those fangirl hearts!

  • I’ll be perfectly honest, when I heard about Sidon having a fiancée, I wasn’t too surprised. Considering he’s the sole heir to the throne, he would need to produce an heir of his own at some point. That would require him to have a Zora wife, rather than a Hylian husband. As well, in one of the monuments in the Zora’s Domain, it says that Sidon was told that Yona was going to be his bride, meaning he had little to no choice in the matter.

  • I remember first meeting her, I didn’t like her which was only due to the fact I was a sidon x link shipper (I still am) but seeing how yona and sidon interacted qnd just getting to know her character more. I absolutely love her! (Platonically of course). She is so sweet! I also love how she isn’t just a completely random character, in the description for her it sqys she and sidon ar childhood friends which just makes it so much cuter! I love that sidon got together with someone so sweet!

  • I was upset because Link didn’t already know who Yona was. He didn’t go missing for long enough for Sidon to go through everything leading up to an engagement without him, and you’d expect Sidon to tell his best friend about this girl he’s in a relationship with, even if it’s long distance. Makes Sidon look kinda like a bad friend. At the very least I think Link is owed an explanation for his ignorance of Yona.

  • I don’t really understand all the hate for her though, i’ve seen people dislike her because they ship Sidon (iykyk), bc they think her design is ugly or because she just appeared out of nowhere. But she’s so sweet and trusts Link just as much as Sidon does. She reminds me of Mipha and Sidon sees her as his sister (or at least he did when he was little) also, for me, her design is not ugly…her little horns are cute and when i saw her i immediately knew that she probably was a princess.

  • This comment section is a nightmare. The creator clearly intended the comic to be Sidlink angst…like you can literally see Link’s eyes are red from crying. The comments? “Lol link is sad everyone around him is getting married” “he clearly misses mipha!” “i feel happy for sidon! Yonas a good match. :)” “omg i knew the shippers would freak out” Like…you’re free to have whatever headcanons you like about the characters, but maybe…idk, read the intention of the work?

  • I only recently started playing the games, but I’m pretty versed on lore cuz my fiancée, well its their special interest. I think shipping is cute, this one is particularly, but putting some jokey rage I had aside for Yona? I’m fairly happy with it. Sidon truly views Link as an elder brother. He idolizes and infatuates himself on this huge heroic swordsman who he was almost related to. In many cases just referring to him as brother and Mipha’s beloved. He saw the way Link and Mipha were close and likely openly played with Link as a kid. Even the King remarks Link with a kinship in how he acts, like he believed this tiny twinky hylian was his son in law and could certainly do no wrong as family. Its really sweet to see. Sadly, i also have a headcanon/theory/whatchacallit that Link is severely depressed due to his violating journeys ripping away everything he knew and loved, thereby making a sad sad fellow. Haven’t finished TotK yet but I’m fairly close already. Gonna be working my way backwards to see if I’m right, but considering my partner’s face after explaining, I think I’m getting somewhere…. and slightly crushing his spirit because I boinked a malduga and intend to kill the hydra thingie cuz they havent yet and it makes them mad lol.

  • Link: I don’t know what’s worse, remembering all my old friends and comrades and that they died, or getting knocked out a second time, waking up several years later, losing my arm, losing my princess and any new friends I had made are growing up without me while I’m still trying to save everyone yet no matter how hard i try, something worse comes up and I’m still the same age i was 100 years ago. At this rate, I’m going to out live anyone i love or even remotely give a damn about…

  • I love how the serious no-fun realists have to ruin our sidlink. Bro, we already know it’s not canon, it’s just a fun Au to think about. No one is forcing it- y’all are so boring ughh. Let the fangirls have their fantasies to draw cute comics of, make memes and squeal about. We aren’t hurting anyone. Frikin cry me a river with that “omg why can’t they stop being delusional and stop shipping this”. We aren’t unreasonable either. Personally, I love sharky boy fish King. He is a sweet water puppy and Yona is lovely. Very mature. Has some spunk. Yes Queen. Sidon is happy too so there’s nothing to really complain about. It’s just a fanfic scene, geez.

  • THEY WORK WELL TOGETHER. Yona is so sweet BUT listen. listen. Sidon/Yona lavender marriage. theyre childhood friends. yona KNOWS he’s gay. honestly some of her dialogue could have multiple interpretations. i know the part about sidon “holding himself back” was about fear from losing his sister/loved ones. but i think it could also work for him being closeted. sidon gay.

  • In my playthrough the moment Yona introduced herself as Sidon’s fiancee I burst out laughing knowing that this exact thing was going to happen. They lay it on really thick too, what with her and Sidon constantly referring to Link as Sidon’s “dearest/best/closest/oldest FRIEND” and Yona calling Sidon by every pet name know to man. 😂

  • There are only two rules in Twitter: 1. A character is either gay or lesbian 2. If it turns out to be not, then they are bisexual Man, tired of it. Character’s sexuality is like the last thing that came to mind when a new character got introduced. It just feels like no matter how good a character is, the aspect that is always being highlighted nowadays is sexuality,

  • as a member of the LGBT+ community, i personally find it infuriating when people get this worked up over a fictional character’s sexuality. representation is cool. when it’s done right and not forced. but god forbid anything in media be heterosexual anymore. pleading for acceptance and representation does not give anyone the right to be this hostile towards someone for being straight. if your sexuality is something you can’t change, what makes heterosexuality different and inherently discriminatory of other sexualities? anyway, i love yona. i think she’s very cute. i hope her & sidon are happy and have lots of cute lil’ shark babies.

  • Just a reminder that Sidon is the brother of Mipha, who was set to be Link’s prior to the Calamity killing her. Sidon is basically Link’s brother-in-law, which would make any shipping between them incest/inseki. Really says a lot that these types of people are so bothered by straightness, aka being normal, that they’d kill a fictional character, but are A-OK with sibling relations. These are also the same people that whine about lolis, rarely say anything about Shotas, think short women are children even when stated to be over 18 and given big honkers, and selectively cry about teenage characters that are all still underage.

  • I laughed my ass off and cheered when I found that Sidon had himself a WOMAN! Because I knew, ooooh how I knew, that people were going to freak out! I like Sidon and always thought he was cool, a kind of friend I would love to have. But then people got so hyper obsessed with him, it just weirded me out and seeing Sidon only ever reminded me of them. So when he got Yona, I was able to really enjoy Sidon as a character again, because in the back of my mind, I knew the weirdoes were crying about a fictional character NOT being gay. Actually, thinking about how they obsess over stuff as shallow as sexuality (HOMOSEXUALITY OR REEEEE!) and characters, why isn’t Bolson their all time favorite character? Is it because he is weird looking, old and bald? Is it because he is a hylian and not a fish?

  • Funny how they hate hetero people yet they call you homophobic when you say something like… Idk… Leave the kids alone They are the only one hating other And gotta love how they get mad when a character is not gay, like.. they almost forgot that gay people is a Minority, why 90% of the characters should be gay like they want to be lmao

  • When I got to the Zora Kingdom and met Sidon’s fiancé I KNEW people (on Twitter and Tumblr) were going to have a tantrum. I thought they were very cute and good for each other, personally. But I also never shipped Link and Sidon. Link and Zelda are kind of an iconic and destined duo. You can’t just change that.

  • Allow me, if you will, to quote C.S. Lewis in response to the fr3aks that assume that because Link and Sidon are close friends that means they’re piping each other. “Those who cannot conceive of friendship as a substantive love but only as a disguise or elaboration of Eros betray the fact that they have never had a friend.” This goes for real life as well as fictional characters. Make bromances great again and let dudes just be friends.

  • Shippers just can’t accept that their all-important unbreakable ship is non-canon. Same problem with Kass, some fans believe he’s gay, even though he has a wife and FIVE kids (yes, most of the kids running around Rito village are his). I love Kass (totally missed him when he didn’t turn up in TotK), but I’m not that upset that he has a wife and kids.

  • Idk what to think of this. Every day the world just seems to be getting closer and closer to becoming a satire of itself. It’s not real, people need to stop falling romantically in love with fictional characters. And People that you don’t know at all for that matter but we can just start with cartoons.

  • irony…attacking a st8 character for being born thst way. kinda reminds me of a certain reason LGBT was formed… 🤔🤔🤔 also gotta love them pulling a “it’s just a fictional character” when we all have said that in regards to lolis and waifus…yet they treat that as if we hurt real people. but that’s to be expected with twatter…thier whole schtick is double standards

  • When i played BotW and meet Sidon while playing and knowing more and more of him in the end of Zora’s quest i thinked: WHAT A AWESOME MAN, kind, don’t blame Link for the death of his sister like the elders, carismatic, funny… And i only think what he said to Link: YOU ARE MY BEST FRIEND. When i get to Zora’s Domain in TotK and meet Yuna and see that she’s fiancee, i became really happy, she’s a perfect wife for him, she’s kind, understandable, supporter and with strong mind to give good advices. I HATE, I REALLY HATE THE CULTURE OF SHIPPING CHARACTERS, SERIOUSLY. I only accept the official and canon. These days two characters (even real persons) can’t have a friendship anymore, they gonna shipp… Sorry if my english is wrong.

  • You are telling me there was never a bromance in BotW??? Seriously now, I got more flustered when I saw the Zoras changed the entrance statue to one where Link is getting piggy backed on Sidon and thought “They didn’t even get our good side”. Then got very relieved when I saw where they put Mipha’s statue. 😂😂😂

  • I think it’s crazier how any sort of male friendship displayed in media has Twitter Freaks claiming it’s just homosexual. Multiple characters in the game call Link male, Twitter wants him to be trans or a girl or whatever. Sidon and the Zora refer to Link as a great friend and such, Twitter says must be gay… The desperation of these people is astounding. Got me thinking after finishing the game. We would never really get the story we did if it was by a western studio these days. It’s almost depressing

  • personally i’ve been shipping sidlink since 2019. but people need to understand that ships are only fanon until the canon material says otherwise😭 and in this case, the canon says that sidon has a female fiance! but that doesn’t mean you can’t ship sidon and link, but it just means that sidon is in love with yona in the story. people must understand that just because a pairing is canon doesn’t mean that their ship is any less validated. yona must be protected at all costs!!

  • The Fatherless people getting upset that their favorite character is not gay. Guys, just because that one character isn’t gay, does not mean you should go ballistic! They’re not real! If it upsets you that bad, the dude’s got two hands! Go Polygamy, problem solved! I sware Fandoms can have the most toxic people.

  • I don’t know about you fellas, but I’m pretty sure that clip was made as a joke. Not sure why people would get pissy over someone rocketing a fictional character into the sky for a joke. Both the people getting mad over the article, and the ones getting mad at the fact Sidon isn’t gay, are extremely annoying.

  • As far as I am aware, this is just a meme article that people are fighting over for no reason. There are definitely a few fringe extremists on twitter, but then, there always is. This article is pretty similar to kidnapping Purah on a flying machine for a romantic sunset flight. It is just silliness for silliness sake.

  • The article where Link blasts Yona into the sky was hilarious, regardless of the intentions of who made it. But man, those Sidon X Link shippers are swimming on a lake made of their own tears. It seems that the name “Tears of the Kingdom” has some other meaning. Edit to add that Nintendo knows how to create cute fish-like beings. First Mipha, and now Yona.

  • It’s such a shame, too, I adore Yona. Like, I’m definitely biased because I love Zoras in general, but seriously, she’s supportive, one of the few people who loves it when Sidon is being all dramatic and striking pose and stuff, she actively encourages him to be himself by spending more time with Link while she takes care of things in Zora’s domain, and she has nothing but respect for Link pretty much every time she speaks with him. Like, she even got out of her way to find out leads to the lost Zora armor because she figured Link cares about it, that’s just adorable. I mean I get that she’s “in the way” and all, but honestly? She’s a goal.

  • NAW the way you pronounced Sidon D:, I thought Stampy’s initial pronunciation of it was goofy (or unless that’s actually how you pronounce it? I played a bit of Age of Calamity and Mipha pronounced it as Sai-don). I legit thought that the article was pretty funny, like how people treat Koroks and all that. Thing is, there’s the stigma of all the shipping stuff, like getting mad at a character getting in the way of their ships, it’s hard for me to ignore that.

  • Are we that mentally ill to think that a character is anything other than straight until proven otherwise? Everyone is straight by default, by nature. Until someone claims they are not. So it’s funny to see Twitter claiming that a character is gay if they see a character with no proper relationship (botw) but lose their shit and start to headcanon once the character is officially in a relationship.

  • I have only seen bad things about yaoi shippers and knowing Nintendo they are always very obvious with ZeldaxLink being canon. Let the haters hate. Those guys can’t just appreciate well written characters and only care about “If they’re two good-looking guys they must love eachother” Sidon is such a wholesome and sweet character and that is all that matters.

  • God. Fucking. Dammit. Listen, I’m an avid shipper. I ship SidLink. But at the end of the day, it’s just a ship. And that’s okay. Not everything has to be canon. I really don’t get why people get so bent about a ship not being canon, or something doesn’t line up with their headcanon. There’s still fanart and fanfics. Not everything has to be canon. It’s all supposed to be in good fun. Normally, I don’t comment (mostly from my own shyness), but this kinda stuff really drives me up the wall. This is why shipping has such a bad rep. Yes, I know it’s just the vocal minority, but sometimes, a few bad apples can spoil the bunch. Make people want nothing to do with it, or assume everyone into it is the same. And honestly, I don’t blame them. …and here I am, definitely coming off like “nOT aLl ShIPPerS arE lIke ThIS”. And rambling again. I’m sorry for going on a tangent. ETA: also, how can you hate Yona? she’s sweet, and a good fit for Sidon. only the best for shark husbando.

  • I cannot tell if the comments here are joking or they like to take things seriously but this whole thing is obviously a joke or a meme around the Zelda community. It’s not about Sidon’s sexuality but rather people ship Sidlink because they find Sidon attractive and since they play as Link, they can self-insert themselves in Link. Don’t blame the LGBT people on this.

  • I would like to give a round of applause to every LGB for destroying everything that their founders worked for. Good on you for allowing the T, P, and R onto what was already fixed only for them to not just make Christian conservatives back then correct about everything they said, but to double, triple, and quadruple down on their insanity. You allowed this community to persist by still using the name and celebrating the obvious sinful behavior.

  • Why are people getting so pissed off over the article? Yes, it’s okay to get mad at people for shipping Sidon and Link, but that article was clearly just supposed to be a funny meme and not meant to be taken seriously. I’m confused. Am I supposed to be angry at the people who are shipping Sidon x Link, or am I supposed to be angry at the people who are hating on the article? Sorry lol

  • I’m pretty sure half these people are joking, like taking their mild disappointment and stretching it into a meme, so I think the article is funny. And I find those cases funny. But definitely not the ones…unironically mad and typing out full, seething rants about how upset they are that they can’t bone a fish man. This kind of stuff happens all the time not even with gay headcanon characters, but straight ones too, its nothing new, aside from Twitter making things more schizophrenic and toxic now

  • That article was funny ngl, but yeah, don’t take shipping too seriously. He was a himbo, literally just a super nice guy. I’d bet he’d treat everyone like he does Link if he weren’t royalty. And hey, even if you love someone, you should be proud of their success with their relationships. Lady Yona is a beautiful and caring fiancée and I’m glad my guy found someone who can keep him grounded and appreciate him the way she does. She is a (literal) queen 👑

  • I find it amusing that they say ‘players’, when it is maybe like 1% of players… and probably 3 times that many who don’t actually play the game, and are just looking to rage anarchy. I actually wouldn’t be surprised if the ones crying and liking that hatred posting aren’t even gay themselves… just call themselves allies. Not the kind of ally anyone wants, with them constantly pressing for war.

  • That article seems pretty misogynistic going by Twitter logic because remember, they are the ones that claim fictional characters are like real people. Ergo, they are forcing Link, a man to hurt a lady shark out of hate because she is Sidon’s fiancee. But I just think people need to go outside and touch seaweed.

  • I will say I’ve always liked how the Zelda games never fell into the simple-minded human lens (heterosexual agenda) trap where the man looks like the species he’s supposed to be but the woman is caked in makeup, has an hourglass figure and boobs even when the boobs make no fucking sense. It’s like: “We HAVE to make sure the viewers know who is the boy and who is the girl so no one mistakes them for a gay couple!” Take the Gw2 Charr, for example: You know just from looking at them who is male and who is female mainly through the fangs and tail but it’s dimorphism that makes sense. Their body structures look the same, like lions in real life.
