Why did Foley kiss Nica?

Dr. Foley hypnotizes Nica in his office. Once hypnotized, Nica realizes Dr. Foley has done this before and uses it to brainwash and rape her. He says Nica killed Angela and Claire. He kisses Nica when one of the Chuckys hits him with a bottle. Chucky doesn’t know if he should kill Dr. Foley or praise him for being so twisted. He tries to make Nica kill Dr. Foley, but she doesn’t. She has a dream where Alice taunts her and Chucky attacks her. When Nica wakes up, Dr. Foley says Nica attacked him. Later, Dr. Foley gets a haircut doll in the mail. Andy shows up and demands to be committed. He fights the guards until they lock him in a rubber room. Madeleine buries the Baby Chucky in the cemetery. Dr. Foley puts Madeleine on suicide watch because she killed her real child. Baby Chucky comes back from the grave and kills Madeleine. He makes it look like she killed herself. Dr. Foley returns to his office and finds Nica there (she had been drugged by Claw-Chucky). Dr. Foley says he’ll blame her for the deaths and write a book about her murders. He puts Nica in high heels and molests her when he is knocked out again. Nica/Chucky gets out of her wheelchair and stomped Dr. Foleys head with her high heels. Haircut-Chucky tries to kill Andy, but he overpowers him. The police will blame Andy for the murders because he is the only one left alive and has a gun and a bloody Chucky doll corpse. She gives him Swedish meatballs and says it’s a gift from Logan. She asks if Jake is home, but Junior changes the subject. He asks what she was doing with Logan at the funeral.
