Okay first, to the people who were saying it wasn’t true (even after Perrie’s family confirmed it), it’s actually happening. Second, yes they’re young, yes they haven’t been dating for that long, and I do think it was a bit soon (especially given their schedules and everything), but this is what they want, so we should all just be happy for them, and they probably won’t get married for a while anyway, people can have long engagements.
There are plenty of bands still together and making music, even for a band girl and a band boy, for example marvin and eochelle, they even have a baby! And before u say about jls breaking up, it was a years after the wedding, it wont change immediately, the boys are growing up, whether we like it or not, they are not always gonna be there, as sad as that is, we have to be grateful for the fact we have them now and for the last 3 years!!
I feel Zayn didn’t tell them before he proposed because just a day ago they looked completely clueless when asked who would get married first in the band. They didn’t even show any signs of knowing that zayn was already engaged. Usually, they would have given him a knowing smirk or sneakily clued us in but they didn’t. I have a feeling they were just as surprised as us which explains their reactions.

Well I mean Zayn has always liked to keep his relationship with Perrie quiet. We have to put ourselves in their shoes. Even though the boys love us, there are some things that are more private and special. I’m sure they are very happy but we need to understand/respect that Zayn likes to keep his relationships private. All we can do is be happy for him and Perrie and congratulate them :).
