Can you just get married on the beach in Maui?

State rules allow 25 guests at a Maui beach wedding, no chairs or arches. Beach weddings must be standing-only, so we recommend no more than 15 guests. If you have more than 15 guests, you need a venue wedding. This agreement is the entire understanding between Maui Wedding Group Inc. (MWG) and you, the client. This agreement replaces all previous ones. Any changes or additions must be in writing and signed by all parties. If one part of this agreement is waived, it does not mean that other parts are also waived. The person who wants a waiver to be effective must sign it in writing. MWG has experience planning weddings and is willing to provide services to the client. The client wants to use MWG’s services.
