Who pays for Travellers weddings?
Guests and the wedding party usually pay for their own travel and accommodations. Sometimes the couple pays for certain family members or friends, and some pay for the wedding party’s rooms. But this is not typical or expected. Some resorts offer free nights as a perk. You can use these nights to “gift” a guest. However, free nights aren’t guaranteed until before travel. Changes or cancellations can affect this, so there are terms to consider in your room contract. Airport transportation: If you don’t use a travel agent for your wedding, you have to decide if you’ll arrange transportation for your guests or not. Guests usually pay for their own transportation. Airfare: Guests usually pay for their own flights unless the couple pays. Tell your guests what to expect when discussing airfare or fielding travel questions. If you give an example of how much airfare costs, make it higher than usual. This way, they won’t be surprised by any price changes. They’ll know what to expect before signing up. If it’s cheaper, that’s great! If you’re not using a travel agent, you’ll need to track guests’ flights and transportation to give the resort the details so they can prepare for guests’ arrival. If you arrange transfers, the resort needs the flight details for pick-ups. Some people think off-site tours or excursions are a good idea, while others don’t. You can arrange a group adventure and not worry about who pays. Most couples pay for a group tour.

She reminds me of one of my most talented friends. The woman can do anything. She makes cakes, she did hair, and now she’s one of the top microblade artists in the area where we live. These are the kind of women that a hater wants to hate, because they’re so perfect… But can’t because they are just amazing. She is now also taking on areola tattooing to help women who have had cancer.❤
If they cleaned a little I reckon they will get rid of the rats problem 😑 I am so so proud of Noreen, you go girl! Owning her business and everything ❤️ Honestly, the behavior of those non traveler girls was appalling, but you gotta move on, like look how much fun Noreen and her friends had! She is such an amazing girl.
To be fair, I was disgusted at the behaviour of many ladies at the grand national too. There were so many drunk women who were falling all over the place, unable to walk, puking on themselves and I even saw a couple preforming sex acts. That was my first and last time going. It didn’t help that it was rainy and cold.
The way they dress for a wedding showing that much skin like they are going to the beach, is totally tacky and classless. And the way the mothers dress the little girls, sexualizing them, is beyond understanding. Is like they are grooming the little ones to be street walkers when they grow up, giving the daughters the ‘education’ that their worth is on just showing the body. Really sad that their goal in life is to marry that young.
I can’t believe these young girls are dressed that way and the way they are acting!!! And the boys are thinking of marriage before they are 16 or less and grabbing at the girls!! These young children need to enjoy being children and not over sexual!! Crazy too me and I’m glad I don’t live like that!!!!!
It’s quite interesting to me that a couple of girls have referred to other women as “tramps” when their own community of women wear extremely tight in ittybitty clothes with extremely high heels. So how are you going to call people tramps because they are wearing shorts dresses when you have 10 year olds wearing shorts with their butt cheeks hanging out? I mean, I really don’t care what people wear. If you choose to wear itty-bitty dresses or shorts with your butt cheeks hanging out or your boobs hanging out that’s your prerogative. That’s your choice. Because I also like to wear things that are revealing sometimes. But I don’t think it’s fair to call people tramps just because they are not in your community even though they are wearing the same thing that people in your community would wear, or maybe even more covered up than people in your community would wear. It’s quite hypocritical. So the girls in this article were saying women were either way under dressed, or Wayover dressed. There was no in between. There were no compliments for anybody everybody there was either underdressed or overdressed. Yet I didn’t see a article clip of anybody saying that they looked like they absolutely didn’t belong there. I didn’t see anybody saying that they looked weird in that environment. Because honestly, those clothing choices did not belong in that environment, but nobody was as rude as those girls were. I hope nowadays they have matured and would not be calling people tramps and acting like they are so much better than everybody else.
This is the most disgusting saddest thing how they exploit these children at such a young age, and how the men can just grab these girls whoever they want it’s just disgusting. It was very heart wrenching to watch, and that poor bride I would sue the dressmaker and make sure that dress was free. Very sad culture. Absolutely no class or respect for women. Smh
How come that girl is focusing so much hat3 towards none traveller girls….? She seems a little mad….and no point coming somewhere and putting down other people to the place they’ve came to….. Not gonna lie though, real shame those girls didn’t make it in time to the best dressed competition because they really slayed !
I have been perusal for years now and I’ve always said that I know that they don’t like mixing with non travellers, but I would love to talk to Paddy and his wife Roseanne. They just seem like good people. And Noreen!! Girl! I’m so very happy for you and wish you the best of luck and success with your shop! So wonderful to see the growth and success from your hard work. Great job! ❤ and Biddy??? I remember when she was a little lass… and now she’s married! Wow wow wow so many blessings ❤️🤩
I thought those were two diamante-encrusted life preservers. My bad. I’m rather surprised that Biddy’s group had such a poor time of it – perhaps they were in a bad mood from missing so much of their day getting ready. Other travelers dressed up and partied and had the best time, ever. As to the wedding, I felt so bad for Biddy. For her, the day seemed more like a salmon swimming against the stream. Why would a dressmaker create a 140# dress? Poor girl.
Favourite animals my foot! You should see the poor abandoned wrecks of horses and dogs that travellers dump when they are no use to them anymore. The horses they force to gallop on tarmac roads get injuries that go untreated, they don’t look after their dogs properly, and I ‘ve seen dogs and horses beaten, kicked, whipped and underfed. The RSPCA have had to care for the poor animals after they’ve been “loved” by travellers.
Those wedding dresses are outrageous. Why does everyone have to be so overboard? The wives always end up spending all their time cleaning and cooking, taking care of the kids, and being a “slave” for the husband. They can hardly move or get in and out of vehicles in those dresses. You can have beautiful wedding dresses without going to such extremes. Glad I’m not a gypsy. My husband treats me with the highest respect and I worked, took care of our kids, we both cooked, helped clean and keep the house up, and have had 46 years of an exceptionally happy marriage. Our Christian faith is also a strong part of our relationship. Now enjoying spending time traveling and with the grandkids.
Wonder how many vulnerable pensioners with leaky roofs were conned to pay for all that? Or hard working self employed builders who couldn’t even afford insurance, robbed of their tools? Still…. Great morals there travellers. The only one deserves respect is Noreen, all others are literal walking talking stereotypes let’s all pray for evolution eh.
I wonder where they store all of these big dresses and clothes when they live in caravans. I really am curious to know what they do about storage especially, if they have a big family. Where does everyone sleep and keep all of their clothing? Maybe they rent storage units? Maybe they rent their dresses and clothing for parties and weddings? Then they wouldn’t have to worry about storing them?
I am American and have struggled with trying to figure out the reasons for the Prejudice aimed towards Gypsy & Travelers. I’ve seen different complaints that they’re dirty, & leave 🗑 trash around, never cleaning up after themselves. I refused to believe it,, as their homes are so clean, as well as they are impeccably dressed. Unfortunately, in the first few minutes of this article, you see the Pets of Paddy one of the recurring characters of the series. Theres a fence and then the trailers where they live. All around the Horse behind the fence are Dog Food cans and trash scattered everywhere. I’m sorry, but even IF that trash was not created by them ( just feet from a trailer), it wouldn’t take much to pick it up, put it in a bin bag or trash can( at the very least). I know horses will chew on things, get caught up in things and are generally clumsy creatures. Why leave your beloved horse in a paddock overrun with trash??
“I see no competition around” well we just hace a different syle and think smthing less crazy looks better, to me some of those dresses didnt look like competetion either. Also sometimes travellers can be behave bad too, its not just non travellers so her acting like travellers qould never go overboard isnt 100% correct either.
Speaking about travellers and “morals” which should never be inside the same sentence. She is now divorced with kids from different men. Theirs style is tacky and trumpy they have no moral at all. Stealing and fighting with pregnant women trying to kill their babies isn’t morally right, being physically violent towards women isn’t morally right …etc the list goes on
Out of curiosity.. Where do the girls get money for all their clothes, makeup, nails, fancy dresses, travel, limos etc. And they’re not married yet and live in roadside campers? Im so curious of their lifestyle, I’d love to visit their community. I’m American and we have Amish amongst us and they live within their own religious and cultural ways. It’s not a bad thing, just different. I’d l9ve to see the Gypsy culture flourish with tradesman/woman and develop housing and shop’s for them to provide a living for their families and society that they live in ❤
I would never go to race days even in Australia it’s the same it is just loads of fancy dressed drunk people falling over in horse droppings and being sick on each other and passed out next to porta potties it’s really gross it is even worse than nightclubs ive been to. Though there was one girl at a club who was so drunk she went down the stairs airborne and head first into the window and knocked herself out. I had to carry her out. It is awful carrying drunk friends out of places especially after some guy hit on them and you have to come rescue them. I would rather a night out with the traveller girls to be honest they look great they have fun without getting drunk so that wouldnt be a problem lol.
Really shitty of them to get the dress to her that late I’d not recommend those to anyone I’d be looking for compensation for the stress and lateness caused by their crappy time keeping very unprofessional useless people don’t realise that they’re potentially ruining someone’s day at a large expense 🤷
I can see why the first Gypsy that showed up for the race looked amazing. I think that is why they fitted in with the English. The second group,of Gypsy girls where looked at ad if they where going to a custom party. They wouldn’t have won best dressed. I hope the one single Gypsy woman who wants to open her own shoppe. Stay single and the money you make is yours and you can do what you want to do with it. Many English women stay single and are their own bosses.
I’m all for respecting other cultures. But grabbing ? Is this acceptable ? People who say it’s cultural and we shouldn’t judge. So I assume you are ok with female circumcision too, seing it’s cultural. What about child marriages ? It’s legal in certain cultures so we should be ok with it ? I am not ok with certain aspects of my own culture because like any normal human being I have a sense of right or wrong. Grabbing is wrong period.
0:06 The world’s most famous horse race? Having been born in Kentucky, I am very hurt by that statement. Yes, before someone says something or gets upset, I do know the history and which one came first. But the most famous? I’m not sure. 😉 And who took the previous derby (written in a very boring font) hat and transformed them into the DERBY (very cool and exciting font) hats we see today? Of course, that was to be expected, right? The world says Americans are loud, obnoxious and way too colorful (among…believe it or not…MANY other completely lovely descriptions) so we knew the hats were coming. 🤣In fact, believe me when I tell you that people are very creative, and the hats only continue to evolve. Please check them out. Ok, I’ve only just started but does this guy keep his horses in what is basically a backyard? With tons of trash? 🥺 Nooo he calls his adorable, sweet little dog ugly? And I did NOT see the empty cans of dog food when I said the comment above. I just saw what looked like paper products. So, now a huge part of the trash is cans of dog food because the owner just throws the cans out there for the dog to get all the food out. And wouldn’t, when the dog got hungry, go back to the old cans and get food poisoning? Double 🥺 I am literally only 1:49 into this thing. I’m going to have to start a new comment. 🙄 Hopefully nothing else with be noteworthy for me. Oh, who am I kidding? Just the title alone. But no because her dress is her choice.
I was and still are waiting for those hating idiot bullys to start putting these people down,as I swear if I do see /read any sort of bullying or jeering these people I will make sure each and everyone involved will be banned for life on this website and I will take it as far as I possibly can and that’s a long f.way I promise you all that
