You can buy the cabochon set on eBay for super cheap, then diamond glue to place on the image before putting the cabochon on top. For my wedding, I have made two for my partner to wear pinned inside his suit to be close to his heart. They feature the grandads he lost this year, one of which he used their ring to propose to me with.
