Can I cover a photo album with my own fabric?

Hmmmm… For myself, I’d ditch the lace and keep it simpler; more contemporary. One of my sisters made me picture frames that way and I loved them; everything was country style then and they were so cute. But I like boring according to my sisters. LOL.
