This eye makeup tutorial for green eyes by Make-Up Designorys Reiva Cruze provides 28 stunning looks to make them pop. Green eyes often feature golden brown or sea blue specks, making them a versatile base when applying different makeup. To make green eyes stand out, use a cream or pencil highlighter in the inner corners, let your eyebrows set the tone for your face, and extend the same color rules to your eyeliner and mascara. For example, a deep plum can make green eyes really stand out.
To create a dramatic gold green eye makeup tutorial, use an Urban Decay Naked Palette and cover the crease of your eye. Choose a moisturizer that’s good for your skin type and has an SPF, massage it into your skin, and put primer on your whole face. Pluck and shape your eyebrows to neaten them and open up the eye area, making them look larger. Layer a matte green eyeshadow shade directly onto the smokey eye and blend into the crease.
To make your eyes look bigger, use an eyeshadow brush to apply eyeshadow to the outer third of your eyelid and the lower lash line. To accompany green eyes, go for a light foundation, warm-toned bronzer and highlighter, a peachy or rosy blush, and neutral lip gloss. Green eyeliner is fine as long as you choose a highly-pigmented shade that is darker than your eyes, like emerald green or an intense olive shade.
In summary, green eyes can be complemented by a variety of eyeliner shades, such as dark brown, plum, or deep bronze, to create a visually appealing look.

Hi Kasey! You look gorgeous in this article! Your skin is looking great! I know you mentioned in one of your previous articles that you were on Retin A. Can you please do an update on how that’s working out for you? I’ve been using the generic version of it for almost 8 weeks now and I feel like it hasn’t made much of a difference. I don’t know if I’m still going through initial break outs or what!!! Did your derm let you know how long it would take to see results??
I have green eyes and I absolutely love it. I have gotten soon, many good compliments about my eyes from women/men (don’t prefer women over men in attraction depth, but I without a doubt think women are stronger than men in every way besides the weight a person can lift) and we don’t get nearly enough credit for that. Anyways I love my eye color and people often think they are contacts. Soon thank you mom for that. When I was young and just didn’t like being different I so wanted blue or brown eyes and was jealous of others who had that naturally (I have changed my mind and am glad I have beautiful green eyes). I love doing my makeup to make my eye color pop out. (I am so disappointed that I did not have access to this kind of knowledge when I was young.) I could have had been an expert at makeup before I turned 16 and I definitely would not have had to have so many makeup failures along the way. LOL (I can laugh about it now but back then I was clueless and who knows what people were thinking (most important guys, the strange species I was trying to attract)!
hi I have been forever looking for really good purples and other colors to make my hazel green eyes pop. I’m believe you me I’ve tried them all. And they have a few great purples but not a lot and a lot of times when I’m looking for a article on how to make green eyes or hazel green eyes necessarily in the best colors to make hazel green eyes pop cuz on the color chart in color theory if you want your ways to show up as green as possible probably use a red but sometimes that can make your eyes are very bloodshot yes it intensifies the green butt now you have bright green bloodshot red eyes LOL. So I’m looking for purples and of course all the other beautiful colors that compliment hazel green eyes. oh I wanted to ask about what light ring you use imagine the Beautiful color or light in your eyes is in a ring I was wondering what kind of light ring you use. Because I’m somewhat of a person that does not judge by trendy or brand or price. I know all too well is that you can get better for less than whatever trendy thing is going around. So it’s just wondering if you could let me know what kind of Light review use and is that what the light in your eyes it is actually a reflection of the light ring? And I was also wondering when you have a light ring is it also multi-purpose in the way that you could use it to do your makeup with? As opposed to just for filming? okay I’ve asked a lot of questions I hope you seen some of them were the events during and again thank you so much for making a article like this because there is a lot of articles on hazel green eyes that use anything other than typical metallic colors boring not out of the box and definitely not enough purples or reddish colors okay that’s all thank you again
You are literally the cutest human being EVER!! You have no idea how refreshing it is to feel your kind heart and positive vibes through your articles when I’m feeling the way I am right now! This look is so gorgeous BTW! But honestly Denit you could blend dirt on your eyes and face and STILL look AH-MAZING 😱 👌🏽🤤! I watch you ALL the time and I love your website! Thank you for being you! Blessings and LOVE
I love your articles! I’ve recreated some of your looks and I get so many compliments on them. So, I have really long hair (like halfway down my back) and I totally get the whole “not knowing what to do with my hair” thing. I personally prefer longer hair because it obeys me a little more than when it was short, but there’s a learning curve for whatever length of hair you have. Much love! ❤
I really enjoy perusal your articles when I’m home from work and I always wish there was a new one every day since I watched all of them and I end up searching through the old ones lol. You are a very warm blooded and cute person and I like your style in both makeup tutorials and in other contents on which you have also been focusing lately. It’s also very nice to see you’ve improved your presentation with memes, visual effects etc which means you put so much more effort in your articles. Love from Turkey 💖
That is so crazy, I JUST got my hair cut the other day and I LOVE IT! I have had long hair, like to my butt, my entire life, but I cut it all off (my hair is now barely touching my shoulders). I have gotten sooooo many compliments, I am so glad I cut it! I think short hair is easier because no matter how much you do or style, it’s only a little bit of hair so it just doesn’t take anywhere near as long. I think you should cut it!!
I would like to recommend you the P louise eyeshadow base. That eyeshadow primer is sooo stunning!!! They give me coverage and make my eyeshadow color more vibrant. They also make my eyeshow last for a very long time. You defenitly have to try that one!!! Btw, im loving you content and yt website. Youre so beautifull and cute 💜💜💜
I just wanna remind small youtubers reading this comment that slow progress is still progress. I know alot of people are discouraged to continue doing youtube because of slow growth but trust me, when time passes you’ll look back and realize you’ve come so far. Even if you only gain 10 subs a day, after 10 days that’s 100 more subs you’ve gained. Don’t underestimate yourself and don’t use copyrighted music because you think you won’t ever get monetized anyway. You’ll regret it when you’re monetized and spend your time disputing copyright claims because you didn’t believe you could ever get monetized. When I first started youtube 2 months ago I thought I’d never get monetized so I kept using copyrighted music. Now here I am with 3k subs and halfway to getting monetized and regretting my past actions, disputing my copyright claims all day. Don’t be like me. Just wanted to spread some tips to help out small youtubers who need a confidence boost. ❤️
Beautiful as always Deni 💖 I am always interested in any look you do, but a few articles with no falsies would be much appreciated as I don’t wear falsies myself! 🙏🏼 p.s. I am in the same boat as you with my long hair! I cut it short like above my shoulders in 2014 and it’s taken me so long to grow it this length again..but I get headaches from how heavy it is! 😅 I know you will look gorgeous no matter what you decide to do with your hair 🤗
I’ve had my hair both ways so many times, and honestly either you have to go really short or long is easier. If it’s even as long as the grown out pixie style, it takes more effort than putting up a bun or ponytail. Assuming your hair has some natural wave or curl and isn’t just really straight on its own.
Thank you deni your makeup always looks good! Can you do like pinterest makeup like clouds and fruits and stuff? Also I really would like to see the blushing nose makeup trend on you 🥺 finally, I would like to see you trying Korean makeup look! Thats all 😂😂😂 I hope you see that and try those ideas 🥺
So I recreated this look today with other palettes because I didn’t have the ones you used but had already picked out the same kind of colors I had to use 3 different eyeshadow palettes I have but I think it looks a lot like the one you did here, and I had wanted to make a green eyeshadow look today to match what I’m wearing and I was searching eyeshadow tutorials for inspiration and found this one, and I’ve come across your articles before so I subscribed. The eyeshadow palettes I used today to try to recreate this look with what I had was The beige color on the first row and the olive green from Ciate London’s The Editor Palette and I used Tarte’s eyeshadow palette Tarteist Pro Remix bright emerald color in that palette called ‘color explosion’ underneath the olive green shadow in Ciate London’s The Editor Palette and for the gold shade I used the eyeshadow palette from Too faced Sparkling Pineapple from their Tutti Fruiti collection the shade ‘Island Queen’ for the topper on the first half of my eye over the green. It turned out great so I was just letting you and others know if they don’t have the palettes you used and do have the palettes I used or just another way to recreate a look very similiar to this that also turned out very pretty. I look forward to perusal more of your articles (:
Heyyyy Darling! It was my wedding anniversary yesterday… No green make-up look was matching with my outfit, so I created my own look… This is exactly what I wanted yesterday… Ah! I wish you had done it yesterday… Anyways, I don’t need any event to recreate any of your looks. Love You always! 😗😗😍😍😙😙😚😚❤❤
Honestly, long hair can be easier to manage because if it’s in ur way at times (like when u do makeup), you can put it up easier, especially in anyway (braid, bun, ponytail). Short hair is hard to keep out of ur face when doing makeup, cuz it’s short so its hard to keep it from falling out. But if you want short hair, then GO FOR IT!! You would look so good. U look good with anything. I remember when u had bangs, so pretty!😍😁
Miss deni i thought you have hooded eyes like me am I right? If yes please do a tutorial on how to do your eyeshadow even more pop out when you have hooded eyes especially applying eyeliner cause its so hard hihi thank you hope you’ll notice I’m a fan from Philippines 🇵🇭 small youtuber also❤️ thank you💕

You are so sweet, love your articles!! I am 54 and am really enjoying your articles even though I can’t wear most of the colors you use. But you are so funny and enjoy perusal you. Are you Italian? Your accent sounds Italian but your name suggests Russian maybe? Anyways, looking forward to perusal other articles!
Short hair is much easier, I don’t even have to think about it. I had very long hair and very short hair and shorter is easier. But if you like to style it in other ways than just letting it loose (like braids, buns, ponytails and etc) shoulder length is the shortest you can get with minimum effort. You can do it in shorter hair, but it’s more work.
