this became one of my favorite websites on youtube lol, you guys are just great. just got back from kanaapali 2 weeks ago back to rainy NYC, already nostalgic about it back to perusal your articles, definitely going back for a longer trip next year, gotta make it at least 2 weeks this time, didnt get to do the full road to hana, only got up to twin falls and just a few stops after, stayed at aston kanaapali shores but maybe next time we’ll stay at kaanapali beach hotel since its in walking distance to black rock beach, where i got to see the most turtles, no turtles at mackenna beach 🙁 we stayed almost the entire trip on black rock beach thanks to you guys, i got to see the same amount of different fish right there at black rock just the same as if you were to snorkel at molokani crater, we did the molokani redline rafting 2hr snorkel tour just as you suggested 🙂 got to see whales on the way back to shore and they even stopped the boat and talked about whales for like 20 minutes, so if you do just that tour its not really necessary to do a separate whale watch tour, cause you’re getting to see whales for free basically, its a 2 in 1. honestly molokani crater has the same diversity of marine life as black rock, the only difference is i got to see an eel but really its all the same fish as in black rock beach, minus the turtles. black rock is FULL of them, as soon as you step into the water. plus its great that you have the sheraton right there you can always go get a cocktail and go back to the beach.
