What Time Is Considered Formal For A Wedding?

Sequins, sparkles, bows, and trains are all OK on a formal dress. Puff sleeves are also coming back into style, especially off-the-shoulder.

If you’re getting married in the winter, do a first look because the sun sets close to 5:30 pm, leaving your wedding in the dark. If you don’t want a 3 pm winter wedding, talk to your spouse about doing a first look. These ideas are based on a 30-minute ceremony.
