Can a girl be a knight?
Can Women Be Knighted?. The short answer is yes, women can be knighted. In 1917, King George V introduced the Order of the British Empire, which recognised the contributions of women during World War I. Since then, women have been eligible for knighthood in the UK, and several have been awarded the honour over the years.
However, there are some distinctions between male and female knighthood. Men who are knighted are given the title of “Sir,” while women are given the title of “Dame.” This reflects the historical precedent of using gendered titles to distinguish between male and female honourifics. It is worth noting, however, that the title of “Dame” is considered to be of equal value and prestige to the title of “Sir.”
There have been calls in recent years to change the gendered titles associated with knighthood. Some argue that the use of “Dame” reinforces traditional gender roles and implies that women are lesser than men. Others argue that the titles are simply a matter of tradition and should be preserved.

The equivalent for a female who holds a knighthood or baronetcy in her own right is Dame, and follows the same usage customs as Sir.7 Although this form was previously also used for the wives of knights and baronets, it is now customary to refer to them as Lady, followed by their surname; they are never addressed using their full names. For example, while Lady Fiennes is correct, Lady Virginia and Lady Virginia Fiennes are not.89 The widows of knights retain the style of wives of knights,9 however widows of baronets are either referred to as dowager, or use their forename before their courtesy style. For example, the widow of Sir Thomas Herbert Cochrane Troubridge, 4th Baronet, would either be known as Dowager Lady Troubridge or Laura, Lady Troubridge.10.

Are Kotor 1 and 2 canon?
Like certain books, shows, and games are no longer considered canon to the star wars universe. So I was curious if the kotor games are canon? No, they arent just like the rest of the expanded universe, this was actually done by Lucas.
Being around back then, there was scarcely a conversation or argument among fans that did not take the EU into account. Whatever GL stated to the contrary, the EU was considered de facto canon because of that enforced concord and the amount of detail that would be lacking if it was ignored.
“There are two worlds here; There’s my world, which is the movies, and there’s this other world that has been created, which I say is the parallel universe—the licensing world of the books, games and comic books.”
I don’t read that stuff. I haven’t read any of the novels. I don’t know anything about that world. That’s a different world than my world. But I do try to keep it consistent. The way I do it now is they have a Star Wars Encyclopedia. So if I come up with a name or something else, I look it up and see if it has already been used. When I said other people could make their own Star Wars stories, we decided that, like Star Trek, we would have two universes: My universe and then this other one. They try to make their universe as consistent with mine as possible, but obviously they get enthusiastic and want to go off in other directions.
Should I play Kotor 1 or 2 first time?
There is an excellent plot twist in 1 that may be ruined by playing 2 first. It will just flow better if you play 1 first and then 2. They are both great games. I like 2 a bit more because it has numerous additions, more refined rules and the story is much deeper and more interesting than 1.
Whether you skip KotOR 1 or not I highly recommend that you download and use TSLRCM (The Sith Lords Restored Cotent Mod) once you get to 2. The game was rushed and unfortunately vital storylines and dialgoue were cut from the game that made sections, especially the end, impossible to understand.
While its perfectly possible to play KOTOR2 standalone I would definitely NOT recommend it.
