What happened to Robb after the Red Wedding?

At the Twins, Walder Frey lets Robb, his family, and bannermen stay. The wedding starts, but Walder betrays Robb. This was planned by Tywin Lannister, Walder, and Lord Roose Bolton. Talisa is killed. She is pregnant with Robb’s child. Robb’s army is killed. Robb is shot with arrows, taunted by Walder, and killed by Roose with a knife. Catelyn kills Walder’s wife, but she is also killed. Robb’s body is cut in half and his direwolf Grey Wind’s head is sewn on. The Stark forces are slaughtered. Robb’s great-uncle, Ser Brynden Tully, escapes, but Edmure is held captive and Walder becomes Lord of Riverrun. Roose swears fealty to the Iron Throne and becomes the Warden of the North. This is called the Red Wedding.

Edit. The Lannisters take all of the Starks’ lands and titles after Robb’s failed rebellion. The Boltons take Winterfell from Theon, kick the Ironborn out of the North, and rule with an iron fist. Sansa marries Roose’s illegitimate son, Lord Ramsay Bolton. Tywin and Roose are killed by their sons. Robb’s army recaptures Riverrun until Jaime Lannister takes it back. Brynden Tully is killed. Arya Stark returns to Westeros and kills Walder Frey and his sons, poisoning all of his male descendants. She exterminates House Frey. Sansa and Jon Snow defeat the Boltons and take back Winterfell. Jon is crowned King in the North, restoring Stark rule. Jon becomes Warden of the North when Queen Daenerys arrives. In other media. In his article “The War in Westeros and Just War Theory,” Richard H. Corrigan uses Robb to show the concepts of just cause and right intention in the decision to go to war. Robb is fighting this war to ensure that his fellow Northerners have a just king. He is also fighting to avenge his father and to recover his sisters. Corrigan thinks Robb might be confused and says that, morally, he should stop fighting once he has achieved his goal, even if he has not yet avenged his family.

Does Arya get revenge for the Red Wedding?

Arya Stark Avenges the Red Wedding. In Season 6, Episode 10, The Winds of Winter, following the Feast at the Twins, Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) finally gets the opportunity to mark a name off her infamous list. In the most interesting instance of Arya using her training as a Faceless Man, she infiltrates the Twins, where Lannister and Frey soldiers are celebrating their victory at Riverrun. Sometime after the celebration, Walder Frey dines alone in his hall, complaining to an unfamiliar serving girl about the absence of his sons, at which point Arya Stark reveals shes killed Freys sons and cooked them into the meat pie hes eating. Arya subsequently reveals her identity as a Stark and kills Walder the same way her mother, Catelyn Stark, was murdered, by slicing his neck. Although much of what makes this dinner truly grotesque happens off-screen — indicating even a series as graphic as Game of Thrones has limits — Aryas revenge is sweet and the main course is nauseating. However, in many ways, the scene disappointed viewers hungry for the same high-octane violence, drama, and betrayal as the gruesome dinner parties.

Bran Stark Foreshadowed the Feast At the Twins. In Season 3, Episode 10 Mhysa, Bran Stark (Isaac Hempstead) recounted the tale of a Nights Watch cook at the Nightfort who killed and cooked a kings son into a pie that he served the unknowing king. Bran explains that the king enjoyed the pie so much that he asks for a second helping. The gods curse the cook, turning him into a Rat Cook who lives in the Nightfort, killing and eating his own children to survive. Bran stresses that the punishment doled out by the gods wasnt merely for murder or even for the crime of serving the kings son in a pie, but rather for the Nights Watch cook killing a guest beneath his roof. This foreshadowing happens three seasons before the Feast at the Twins. It happens just one episode after the Red Wedding. At this point, Bran didn’t know about the tragedy that befell his family. He also didn’t know all of his powers as the Three-Eyed Raven. It’s nice to see a Game of Thrones episode without magic. The Feast at the Twins seems less dramatic than the Red Wedding and Joffrey’s death. However, Arya kills Walder Frey and the meat pie is more disturbing than the other deaths. None of the other feasts in Game of Thrones are as disturbing as Walder Frey eating his sons. Arya gets revenge on Walder Frey by using her Faceless Man skills.

After Edmure marries Roslin, Robb jokes that he made a mistake. Roslin feigns offense. She doesn’t understand the traditional Westerosi bedding ceremony, which Robb explains proves the marriage was consummated. Talisa says their baby is proof enough. If it’s a boy, they’ll name him Eddard after Robb’s dad. Robb agrees. After the bedding ceremony, the doors are closed and the musicians start playing “The Rains of Castamere.” This makes Catelyn uneasy. Lord Walder rises to toast Robb, saying he hasn’t given his new queen a wedding gift. Catelyn slaps Roose and yells at Robb, but it’s too late. Talisa is sitting at a table when Lothar Frey stabs her in the stomach with a dagger, killing her and her unborn child. Robb and his men are shot or attacked by Frey soldiers. Talisa tries to run away but falls down and dies. Robb is shocked and stays with her as his men are killed. Robb and Catelyn are killed by Roose Bolton and Black Walder Rivers. Game of Thrones: Season 6. When Walder Frey learns that Riverrun has been retaken by Brynden Tully, he sends Lothar and Black Walder to retake the castle and orders Lothar to present the Blackfish with the knife he used to kill Talisa and her unborn child.
